I haven't had an issue with this location. It's usually clean and easy to shop without having to dig through the clothing. The cashiers are usually helpful and friendly not what I'm use to in Texas lol. I enjoy shopping here.
Was greeted with a friendly hello welcome to khols as soon as I entered the store. Also Bridgett in customer service always welcomes me with a beautiful smile and warm greeting each time I have an Amazon return. Also Tabitha was phenomenal in her greet and pleasant conversation (GO COWBOYS) insider :-) Overall great experience from the time I entered Khols to my exit. Exactly how it should be for every retailer. KUDOS
Had 3 of my daughters in Sephora inside Kohls in Monroe, LA……late on a Sunday evening……Taneiqua was AMAZING!!! She was extremely friendly, helpful, funny, and made this momma not even care about how much money I was spending (and mostly on my 9 year old twins that definitely didn’t need any of the stuff they were getting!!) Thank you, Taneiqua!!! And to your managers—y’all have a huge asset to your team with this lady!!!

When i ener the store, I'm always greeted with a hello and smile. When I got ready to check out, JoJo checked for my Kohl's cash, and other discounts I had. She was very nice and helpful, with a genuine and pleasant attitude.
I went to Kohls last Saturday. The towels I was looking for were sold out during Black Friday weekend but the store was very clean. The sales associates were very helpful and polite.
Found Awesome black Friday deals at Monroe store. starting from Associate welcoming all customer upto speed checkout saved lot of time.

Place is usually easy to get in and out of. Frozen meals make busy days' dinner easy. Better than frozen grocery store, not quite homemade. Bakery items are always fresh and good.
This is about the only place in Monroe that you can find hot tamales. There is another place but they don't stay open year round. We have been eating at Southside Coney Island for triple digit years. Yes try them out. You won't be disappointed.
