DO NOT GET THE KOHL'S CREDIT CARD! READ BELOW!
On September 23, 2023, I made a purchase of $80.96 at this location. The cashier asked if I wanted a Kohl's credit card and I would be able to save on future purchases. I said yes and signed up for the Kohl's credit card right then and there. The cashier said I could pay off my entire balance at the register, which I did on my debit card. He told me it went through and I was good (there was also a manager there right next to him that also verified it went through).
Three months later, I receive an invoice saying that I am past due on my credit card bill. I looked at my bank statement and it said the charge of $80.96 went through on September 25, 2023 to this Kohl's location. I contacted Kohl's customer service at the corporate level and they told me I did not pay off my credit card and that I now had a charge of $112.19. I told him that the charge went through. He told me that on his end it did not. The customer representative asked if I wanted to launch an internal investigation, and I said yes. He told me to go back to the store and get a re-print of my receipt and then for the manager at the Kohl's in Norman to fax it to the corporate office. I go back to the Kohl's in Norman that same day, and asked one of the representatives there to re-print the receipt, which she did begrudgingly and with attitude. The receipt said my debit card was decline, yet I called and verified with my bank (USAA) that it did in fact go through. I asked the manager if she could fax it to corporate, in which she responded "no stores use fax machines anymore." There's a clear disconnect from the corporate office and regional stores.
I received another call yesterday from Kohl's asking me why I did not pay my credit card. I gave them the story of what happened and the representative told me that my credit card charge went up to $155.28 and the internal investigation yielded no record of my $80.96 charge. I had no choice but to pay off the credit card to avoid my credit score being dinged more than it did.
I am deeply infuriated. I will be filing a dispute on this charge with my bank. I want to know why Kohl's thinks that it is okay to double charge me $80.96 and interest. Essentially, all said and done, Kohl's double charged me $155.28.
If a Kohl's representative is looking at this review, I have several questions for you:
1) How do you not have record of my $80.96 charge when my bank statement showed otherwise? Why did you deny my bank statement as proof that the charge in fact went through?
2) Where did my $80.96 go if not in your pockets? Why do you think it is okay to treat customers in this way?
I have never experienced being double charged and added interest with any company in my life. Kohl's has demonstrated that they are dishonest, quick to scam you for your money, and don't care about their customers. My family and I will never shop here again.
TL;DR Kohl's double charged me (with interest on the credit card). Essentially, they double charged me $155.28. Whatever you do, do NOT get the Kohl's credit card.

Customer service seems to be a faded memory of the past. If you want to buy something, find it yourself and check it out and pay & bag and get OUT!!

I went 7th Dec for my kids Christmas clothes and I asked to them where are the collections for kids and they said they not get none . WOW… not satisfied at all👎🏽
On top of check out line they have issue going on for pricing so there been 5-7 customer waiting no one care about even lady come from makeup side and manager came from back but not help at all for check out . WOW …

The staff at Kohl's is always very nice. The logic of setting up pick up of your items at the back of the store in a location as hard to get to and it's hard to identify as possible makes no sense to me. It's not the fault of anyone who works there I'm sure it's the company design but it just doesn't make any sense to me.
We had some issues with the Khols Cash and how it was credited. Noah handled the situation so well. He was such a great help and so kind. He got everything resolved. The best customer service I have ever had.
Kohl’s in Norman is a great store. The associates are helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and well organized. The products are plentiful and displayed quite well.
This Kohl's was by far the nicest I have been to. What you should expect when shopping at a department store. Lots of displays with items that actually catch your interest.
Never been into a Kohl's before. But my mother loves this place though, and when I am lucky enough to spend the day with her, I want to do the things she enjoys. And I can see why she likes it here. From nice fragrances, clothes and housewares. Go check it out.
I've spent the past 8 years of my life working in boutique fitness gyms as a trainer and Stoic is one of the best gyms I have ever been apart of. The programming is the perfect balance of traditional strength training with a great mix of conditioning
i love this place. itâs my go-to when iâm having a bad day, or good. really any day. the owner is amazing and so genuinely kind and generous. i went in today because i was having an awful day and finally got the plant id been wanting for months.
This is the best donut shop in Norman. Their donuts and kolaches are too of the top. Super clean store, and super friendly employees/owners. Just awesome every single time. I drive past 3 other donuts shops to come here.
