One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Everything from the drinks, to the bread, to dessert, every single bite was incredible. I highly recommend the scalloped potatoes and the bread pudding and cheesecake were amazing. Our waiter, Falcon, was super kind and made great recommendations. I’m looking forward to going again.

Loved the friendly and attentive staff the appetizers we ordered being the fried pasta and crabcakes were out of this world. Then the ribeye steaks were perfectly cooked, with tenderness comparable to butter

The food was amazing! The service was slower than I expect from such an establishment, but the waitress and other staff were friendly. The atmosphere; this is the part that was truly disappointing to me. While the restaurant itself is nice, I expect management to ask patrons to be respectful of others (especially when paying so much). There was a group of women that acted like they own the place and no one else was there trying to enjoy a fine meal. The manager should ask anyone so out of control to rein it in or leave. I left with a happy stomach but a splitting headache.

As a small business owner myself, I know the power of a positive review! I am leaving reviews for places I love and frequent often. If you’re reading this, I encourage you to do the same! Koestler Prime has always been our family’s favorite. We have celebrated almost every big milestone in my life there, including my rehearsal dinner for our wedding! The service is incredible, food is delicious, and the atmosphere you can’t find many other places in Mississippi! You will not regret getting anything on the menu, but my favorites are tamales, scalloped potatoes, and filet!

Thank you for putting us in the “smaller” room where the windows look out to the Renaissance parking lot. It’s so much quieter and private than the open seating area, and we just happened to be seated there. It was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate my birthday! All outstanding food—appetizers: crab cake was delightful! And love the extra kick with the tamales. Your bread is like a baguette, which we enjoy. Ribeyes are cooked just the way you ask and are delicious!! Love the wine selections too. The a la carte sides are generous, and we enjoyed scalloped potatoes and greens. Service is impeccable and has been other times we’ve dined there too. Reservations are a must, and it’s a great place for a special night out.

We had Guy as a server and the service and timing of each course was flawless. The only complaint I have is that there was no seasoning on the steak although it was a perfect cut. We had the fried pasta, the filet and fried shrimp, with sides of asparagus, sautéed spinach and cheesy garlic bread. Then we had bread pudding and the chocolate pie. Everything was delicious.

The beef carpaccio is terrific. Lots of flavor with the truffle oil and capers. The foie Gras is not my favorite but good. The smoked salmon is good the portion is small. The 20oz filet cooked Pittsburgh rare was amazing. Cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The bartenders make some great drinks as well I certainly felt good when I left.
