wait almost an hour and a half for food. didnt ask about drink refills. i ordered medium, got well done on my filet. i ordered loaded tater tots, got regular plain ones. my boyfriend said his fish was soggy, oil not hot enough. my dads and grandpas' steak was also well done. they ordered medium rare. they also messed up my grandmas order 🤷‍♀️ at least my moms food was good. didnt want to bring up these concerns because they were busy and i didnt want to deal with it. you can be short staffed and still take time on making the food right. if you rush to get it out because you dont want us to wait. i would say its better to have us waiting and get good food. i have worked as a server for years and if i see food is wrong i dont take it out. i make the chefs remake it.

First time here. The place is unique! The food was amazing. Had a fruit fly in my old fashioned and a chipped glass in one of the waters, both quickly fixed. We got to explore the second story and look up into the private tower. Would be worth the $10 to get seated up there. Friendly service, reasonable costs, ample street parking, fast turn around on drinks and food. This place is confirmed to be haunted. The Victorian oddities and architecture date back to the late 1800's. I could feel a presence on the 2nd story, it didn't seem threatening in any way. The lights are strange, chain run everywhere, but works considering the ambiance. I'm guessing this place is a fire marshals worst nightmare haha. You could easily feel the old vibe of the stage, the hotel, the bar... very cool experience! Everyone should experience this place. It's a gem.

Interesting atmosphere, delicious salad bar, accommodating host, and most of all, very delicious food. Everyone enjoyed their Steak and Lobster, and a couple of us enjoyed our Chicken Cordon Bleu. Definitely on my "Go back to" list👍 I'm sad I didn't take pictures.

Food is amazing! One of our favorite date night places. Plus the prices are on point👌

Entering the building felt like a unique mix of both antique shop and grandma's living room, which might not be the vibe for everyone if you're thinking "traditional WI supperclub". We were greeted warmly and served with cocktails quickly while taking in the eclectic surroundings. Karen, our server, was delightful in every way. We were VERY pleased with our meal. The tenderloin was A-MAZING and paired perfectly with the mashed garlic/sour cream potatoes and lovely salad bar. You wouldn't think it to look at it, but it was a one of a kind experience, rich in history and plated wonderfully by their friendly staff.

Food and service was excellent. Absolutely a beautiful restaurant. It was nice seeing Freddie again. We will definitely be back.
