Best gym ever! So happy I joined. Have been a member for 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. Tried many other locations and nothing even comes close. From the staff and equipment to the members, the place is perfect!

Quite awesome despite it's out of fashion name and logo. A few juiceheads inside but with a healthy dose of younger fitness enthusiasts. Awesome group classes. They redesigned their lobby and it looks great especially compared to dilapidated change rooms. Overall the crowd is pretty cool and chill with few notable exceptions.

Machines are well kept, business is properly managed by people who truly care, who excel at what they do. Once you pay for your membership you also get classes like yoga, strengthening, cycling among others. Highly recommended.

The gym is a wonderful place with great machines. The receptionist is a sweet person and the members friendly however classes are a doubt. Today I ventured a new class of mobility and the teacher Oscar was not a pleasant one. Snobby and not willing to give much direction he makes other feels uncomfortable. He stands with his hands on his pocket and challenges without considering people might be doing the class for the first time. Maybe the gym management should have a talk to him!

My favourite gym so far. Best spinning classes with Oscar, motivating and open trainer, and warm as a person ( just wish there’d be 3 morning classes a week with him, not two :) ).

Martina always walks around putting things away for people who don't. It's startling to me that people are that lazy and she has to put things away. SHE stands out to me. Always friendly. Smiles all the time. Walk in, and she says hello, have a great work out. It's a good gym. Only thing is I wish they updated the equipment. Seems old and dated. But you get the work out in you need. They are doing some upgrades in men's BR and the area where you can sit and chill. Which is nice. I gave 4☆ only because equipment needs to be new. It will be 5☆ when they do it. I laugh at the teens that work out and vape. No one sees this but me? Vaping in a gym? Lol.

Great classes and best gym in Sunny isles. Amazing people very fit and motivated. I’m happy with my gym. Plus they have kids room so I can drop off my girl with an awesome babysitter for free, add tips because they play so good with them. Fresh towels and good trainers. Lots of weights and good workout machines.
