We had our lunch here , were so amazed by the food we had here . The parottas were piping hot . The mutton toganjosh was perfectly cooked and delicious. The chicken curry was so juicy and flavorful. The buttermilk was perfectly spiced .

If you’re craving some Kerala cuisine, head to Kochi restaurant, Hightstown, NJ and I can assure you would not be disappointed. They have chemeen ularthiyadhu, meen polichadhu, appam and chicken stew, idiyappam and motta curry, Kerala style biriyani and more. Good food, cute place and friendly people! Kochi has been our go to place for Kerala food, specifically fish. They have out done their selves by arranging an event with a tasting menu. What an amazing experience of flavors and excellence in the culinary landscape. Definitely try the experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were in NJ randomly, and was looking for good Indian places to eat, and I stumbled upon this place. We will be making the two hour trip out here every month at least when the weather is good for the food. It is phenomenal there’s nothing like it in New York so we will be going to New Jersey for Indian food and the chef is amazing. Food is phenomenal next to nothing I’ve had here in NY!!! It’s Kerala IRL!! If you like Kerala food. This is the place!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ten stars if I could. The chef Jebu Mathew is so professional, polite and TALENTED! Amazing staff and everything is made to order! We ordered a lot and most of it was spicy cuz we like to test ourselves and chef Mathew did not disappoint!! Don’t take my word for it! Try it out for yourself!!

Authentic Indian restaurant that serves delicious Kerala food! A little hidden gem! We tried Malabar Parota, Appam, Kochi special chicken curry and Banana wrapped Fish pollichathu at the restaurant. We took home the crab curry as we knew it would be messy eating there. The crab curry with the pepper and spices is something you don’t get in any other restaurant. Every single dish was authentic and delicious. Talking to the chef was a unique experience. Very humble person and we loved the whole experience. Plenty of parking space. Will definitely go back to try more.

The food was delicious! The whole pomphret was seasoned very well and the fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. The chicken was spiced well and it was very flavorful. The dosa was good and the Sambar and chutney made it even better. The desserts were very authentic and were very addictive. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

We are so fortunate to have this outstanding restaurant in hightstown ,NJ. We loved this authentic Kerala cuisine menu in which we ordered meenu pollichuthu,appam and vegetables stew and vegetable cutlets . Geeta (server) was very helpful and she suggested the jaggery payasam which was again 10/10 . After having the meals the owner/chef Mr. Matthew came to check on the table for the feedback for the food which we ordered. We loved the overall experience with KOCHI Restaurant as they are delivering absolutely delicious food with a great customer service. MuST tRY.......

We went to the monthly vegetarian sadya. The food was delicious and service was great. Selection of food items was also commendable. Must try for sure. However, I have to warn that it was quite expensive for a vegetarian meal.
