Miso soup was delicious as was the Plum wine/liquor shot. The meat wasn't bad. None of the vegetables were fresh for hot pot. All the vegetables were oxidized, wilted, and old.
The team and I had a great experience here for dinner over the weekend. Daisy our server ensured we were attended to and made excellent recommendations for the group. The sushi is rolls were spicy and had great flavors and the shabu was a great experience. The wagyu was a great way to end our night and we will definitely be back to try more items for their menu.
Some of the best food you will ever have! The owner will make your drinks himself and he is one of the most down to earth and nicest people you could meet. I will be visiting again. Highly recommended!
Food was ok...we had 8 people eating from a hot pot...too many people fyi to do that. They couldn't keep up. Plus just too many "hands in the pot". They were busy so service was a bit slow. The nice waitress gave everyone at our table a shot of some lovely plum whiskey...think they realized that service was lacking. Would definitely try some more here, just not the shared pot.
This is not exactly a traditional sukiyaki/Shaun shabu but it’s still darn tasty. The sukiyaki broth is delicious and the meat selection (even for the cheaper all you can eat choice) is very juicy and flavorful. It’s a great option if you are craving sukiyaki but I wouldn’t put it among my top favorites . It’s still very good and you won’t get disappointed . The veggies are cut a big too thick and chunky and it’s makes it a bit unpleasant to eat. The combination of ingredients are a bit unusual and I’ve never seen that before.
We tried all you can eat sukiyaki, but the quality of the meat is not good.
The special nigiri is incredible! I especially loved the salmon with sesame oil. The miso hot pot was phenomenal and our waitress was giving us all the pro tips. By the time we were leaving we were both commenting on how much the flavor of the broth with the veggies had developed. We will definitely be back!

I have nothing but love and positive words for Fit Collective. I joined via the 2 week trial about a year ago and all it took was a few classes to know that this was more than a typical gym. FitCo is a community where everyone is encouraged to be the
