Knob Noster State Park - State park in Knob Noster - 873 SE 10 Rd, USA

This place has tons of fishing locations, biking/hiking trails, camping locations, lakes, and a lot of wild life to see! hiking trails range from 1.5 to 5.5 miles from what i saw there. This place is great to bring your family for fishing or the playgrounds. Dog owners can also have their dogs however they must be leashed. I would also recommend bug spray and a bag of supplies if you are hiking the longer trails around the park.

Great park, good size campsites, and hiking or kayaking are available around a small pond! Have been quite a few times now and enjoyed every time! We use a tent and not an RV, but be aware there are a ton of RV's and the cacophony of AC units running can be a distraction from the quiet of camping. Ice and wood are available for purchase and all of other people have been considerate and polite. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get out for a couple of days of easy camping!

I Camped overnight at Knob Noster State Park. The experience was a great I was able to get in to a not so crowded back end set of camp sites where we set up a cozy spot and had a decent fire, woke up in the morning to some grazing deer with fresh morning dew at a comfortable 60 degrees the morning was fantastic. I saw the deer on the way to the bath house where I was able to shower which is always a nice luxury when tent camping. The showers where spacious and the water was hot with a fairly clean bath house minus some dust build up very clean for a camp ground bath house. We Checked out and hit the road after the showers looking forward in returning to Knob Noster. There is a raccoon bandit. You've been warned.

I volunteer here hiking the trails and checking for trees down and doing trail maintenance. This park is awesome. Very friendly staff and twenty miles of trails. I love this place!

The camping areas were well-maintained except for the rowdy raccoons. Somebody actually complained of a left a banana out and it disappeared. Lol. Campsites were pretty level and they weren't squished in. People were pretty quiet it was very shaded. Bathrooms we clean and stocked with toilet paper and soap throughout the day. there are several very nice hiking trails of various types. Most are 1-2 miles except for one 7 mile one. They have small lakes for fishing one of the lakes great for kayaking or small electric motor boats. We'll be back.

Surprising camping experience for scouts. The special use area was large, in great shape, well manicured. We also had access to they kayaks which we rented for the day Saturday, and the wondering Naturist instructed our scouts on local flora and fauna as to what grew, was edible, and how to prepare it..

Spent an afternoon checking out the park for future hiking. Looks like some great trails, great scenery, several lakes, and a variety of things to do for the whole family. I took a couple maps with me so I can start planning my spring trip back. Can't wait!

Great park. Lots of land. A lot of things to do at this park. It is really good to walk through, drive through or just enjoy the view. They have a lake to do some fishing. Maybe you like to take a long hike.
