Cheap, close to anything you need, very quiet, professional, clean, safe, AC / heater worked great, shower nice and hot, only thing I found 1 adult and baby roach, killed and that was it. TV is great, fridge and microwave work excellent. I’d stay again if I had to.

You get what you pay for. Its nothing fancy and no amenities offered but the bed was comfortable enough and the AC, shower, toilet, and TV all worked fine. Bathroom did smell a bit like sewage though. But for how cheap it is, it could have been much worse. Wouldn't stay here if you're expecting anything fancy or ANY type of customer service whatsoever but if you just need a place to shower and sleep with no frills, you can't beat the price.

It is a vary nice place. Bruce and his wife BB are vary nice people who came from India. They have vary good rates best in town and if you can find a cheaper rate they will beat it. Rooms are nice size and clean. They have a matense man on the property 24/7. I would recommend everyone who go to Stephenville Texas to stay their

Very cozy and close to plenty of restaurants. Staff were helpful and the room was clean. Only $55 a night for 1 person isn't too bad.

Horrible front office lady. She was very hateful tried to charge me damages before I ever even rented a room she proceeded to tell me that she knows that my daughter would tear her room up and she didn't want to rent to me. Save your time if you have children with you cause she won't rent to you and if she does she will try to make you pay for damages before you can rent a room.

The rooms were passably clean but there was some trash left out from previous guests. The showers had a significant amount of hair in the drain. The air conditioning worked very well.

A really nice service, the attentions was very good, the rooms has all the necessary to pass a comfortable night. Highly recommended.
