Knights Inn Ft. Smith - Motel in Fort Smith - 3810 Towson Ave, USA

Under a remodeling situation, much over do. I am sure I will see again as this is a place for many displaced individuals to be in a safe place and recharge. It beats underneath the bridge by the river.

It was just ok because there was no privacy, everytime I came out to my car for anything the old dude and the young dude with the air pods ALWAYS came outside and would just watch and when I'd go back to my room they'd go back inside EVERYTIME it never failed it was the most annoying thing. Other than that the room is fine, besides the carpet was really dirty my kids feet were black within minutes, rooms are a good size and TV's are big and AC works good.

Nice room. Great in room TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Actually kept my drinks and other stuff really cold unlike other places. Outside looks like being renovated. A multi stay customer said hotel is under new management. Breakfast needs juice and a little more variety. I would still stay again next time passing through.

Owner is rude stayed one night go to get my key reset cause it didn’t work around 7:30 8. Dude rudely says you’re getting out today right. Called later asking about the weekly prices and all three times the owner has hung up in my face. Try the motel next doors they are cheaper and friendlier

I visited yesterday but did not stay. The beds are falling apart an very uncomfortable, outdated, no microwave, an just unclean. But thats is why it is the less expensive place to stay I suppose. But a hot plate or microwave to cook for extended stays would not cost more at all common an provide pest spray cans

This hotel is filthy! Absolutely disgusting. There was dead spiders and cockroaches in the bath tub, the sheets and pillow cases were dirty with hair all over and when we pointed out our findings to the hotel owners, there response was, “it looks okay” as he picked up the dead spider and cockroaches. Will never stay there again. We don’t recommend it to anyone.

Whatever you do, don’t go here. I chose to sleep in my car instead and that was the much better option. After having 2 cockroaches crawl on us in bed we decided to leave. We hadn’t even been there for an hour and the man refused to give us a refund. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Unprofessional and dirty to the max. I opted for this place because of the cheap price. I’ll never make that mistake again. Neither should you!

Absolutely run! Do not stay here! The pictures on the web doesn't match the rooms. Filthiest place, roaches crawling all over, pull the blanket back only to find these little bugs crawling all over, the stench of old cigarette smoke fills the air in the rooms, mold growing in the ceiling tiles, holes in walls & the door locks don't work! Beware if you decide to stay. Also all rooms are non refundable! False advertisement for this place!!! Absolutely disgusting!
