Knights Inn Franklin Ave Waco - Featured Reviews (310)
Positive: Easy to book. Location was great, near alot of food places. For the price it was a really nice and clean hotel. Negative: Air conditioner was barely blowing air out so it took awhile to get cold in the room.
My dad recently stayed here in May. He lost his wallet due to putting it under mattress and then couldn't find it. A review for this hotel was made in error. They found his wallet like a month later after deep cleaning the room. I sincerely apologize for accusing the owner of her staff of stealing when it was his fault for putting it under mattress in first place and stuck it in there so far he couldn't find it and just assumed it was stolen. It is a good hotel close to everything and nice room with a comfy bed. Once again apologies to knights inn on Franklin Ave in Waco Texas
Very small room older but clean decent furnishings. Here is the rub has coffee pot on micro which is on top the mini fridge. Moved it to bathroom shelf unplugging the hair dryer. An ok stop nice owners.
Also note IS NOT downtown per maps downtown Waco is 3.1 minutes away. On corner by highways not convenient to walk anywhere. Small sink no counter top no stop in bowl waste no water shaving,

Positive: This is definitely a budget hotel but it was clean and the location was great. We were close to the freeway and the sights we wanted to visit. The hotel allows dogs, there was a nice grass patch for potty breaks. O Negative: "" Negative: ""
Very comfortable beds, ac keeps it cold, but we did see a roach in the bathroom
I stayed last night and really enjoyed my stay everything worked everything was really clean the lady that checked me out was really nice
Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: The lady at the desk was so rude! The room was so bad that did not stay!
Firstly, I never try to leave a negative review here because we are business owners ourselves in a different state and understand ratings are super important. However, this warranted one. We had initially booked with the hotel and was told there was a breakfast and when we went to check in the attendant just scoffed and said we just put that there for bookings. There were people coming and going all night and a van that sat running outside our door for at least two hours past 2am with people going in and out and cars coming and going. Several folks leaving rooms in the middle of the night looked highly intoxicated or drugged up. We felt INCREDIBLY UNSAFE. Then while checkout was at 11:00AM, they came banging on the door at 10:30 telling us we had to get out or they would charge us AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT. We arrived at 2AM after a long drive and had asked for a bit of courtesy time after checkout and they said ‘we do no courtesy. You pay for your night and then you leave when we say’. There are so many better affordable options to stay in Waco. DO NOT make the mistake we did!!
Green Door Lofts and the host, Jim, were amazing. The loft is centrally located with garage parking should you need it but it is within walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining. The loft was well appointed and stocked with comfortable living
This place was amazing to stay, eat, relax and hang out after a long drive!!! We checked in, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchen. After a 14 hour drive it was very nice to unwind on the couches in the lobby, sna

The PHO here is amazing!! Holy cow yummy. I also tried the grilled pork bowlâit reminds me of Vietnamese vermicelli, but here itâs served warm. The âhouseâ fish sauce with it is very mild flavored. The menu only has a few items, but it all se
