The new management has significantly improved the establishment. The rooms are well-maintained and the staff is exceptionally accommodating, addressing any inquiries or concerns I had. They provided a comprehensive orientation of the premises, demonstrating the substantial investments made by the new owner in renovating the property. The cleaning staff has done a commendable job in maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment. I commend their efforts and encourage them to continue their excellent work, which will undoubtedly result in an increase in positive reviews. I anticipate returning during my next vacation.

I spent 5 days there, while the hotel itself was a little dated, it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were freshly laundered. I did have an issue with the air conditioner being extremely loud and I could not really sleep the first night. When I mentioned this to management they immediately came up and replaced the unit with a brand new one. Honestly it was like watching an Indy 500 pit crew. It was replaced so quickly and back up and running within minutes, problem solved. Close to everything in Berea and close to I75. I would definitely stay there again. Also it has a very nice view of the Mountains and the sunset.

Newly remodeled. Stayed here at the last minute. Owners are super nice. Even gave me 2 bottles of water. Well lit parking area and the area feels secure. Difficult to beat the price.

Room was hotter inside than it was outside. Room smelled horrible of paint/chemical smell. They charged a $30 deposit that was not brought up before booking. Initially stated $50 because it was booked online but then resulted to $30. Appeared to be some mold in drawers, and wall.

My room smelled nice, was clean, and recently remodeled. The owner/operator was friendly and helpful. I loved the work from local artists on the exterior. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Booked for the convenience. Got there late on a road trip, the front desk/owners were sleeping. Found out we had an extra person vs the booking(typo) charged another 10 dallors for our stay. Offers nothing really besides an off 75 bed.

Hey everyone! Just gotta share my experience at Knights Inn Berea. Since new owners came in from the hometown inn beside crackel barrel from the same exit as this motel, it's like a whole new place – in a good way! Rooms are super cozy and clean for the price. If you want a cheap stay that feels great, this is it. I'm definitely coming back for another stay! Trust me, it's worth it!
