Horrible room, carpet had what looked like blood stains on it. Small tv, barely worked. Water pressure in the shower was off. I regularly stay at 1-2 star hotels, all I want is a decent shower and some sleep. Got neither.

Used to stay here a lot when I just needed a nice quiet place to relax until several guys were sitting outside of my room in the hallway for most of the night it made me uncomfortable so I had a friend stay with me then I went back a year later & tried to get a room & the dark haired woman said I wasn’t allowed there or on the property because they “didn’t like my kind” her response took me by surprise because I’ve always obeyed their rules & cleaned up after myself so all they had to do was change sheets & trash & get the dirty linens! I asked her what she meant by that & she gave no definitive answer only said it was because I didn’t pay a $10 pet fee, which isn’t true because my dog used to go everywhere with me & everybody knew he was mine kind of hard to sneak a 95lb pitbull into a hotel, not to mention he passed away a year before this incident! Needless to say I’ll be looking into getting a lawyer to sue for discrimination!

Very nice staff! Super clean rooms! I definitely recommend if you're traveling along 81 to take the time and stay here! A great hotel to stay at for football or basketball games at Radford University or Virginia Tech!

First, when we checked in, I had booked for 2 people and the man asked how many? I told him 3 he said "I will have to charge you $20 more for the third person" I said ok. Then later, i realized the refrigerator wasn't working, sonI called the front desk and a lady came in and said you have to turn this light switch on for the refrigerator and the lamps to work. Then as she was going out she said " you have 3 people, you only paid for 2" I said no, I paid for 3, she said , no, i don't think so, i'll check. Well, never heard back from her, so I guess she found out she was wrong. The never morning, we were short on time, getting ready for my oldest daughters college graduation and some and my youngest daughter went to get some crappy breakfast they offer and when we were walking back to our room with 1 waffle and 1 bowl of dry cereal the cleaning lady shouted "you can't take that down the hall!" I was like, everyone else has been. She said "i didn't see them!" My question is why did our room have a microwave in it if no food was allowed down their very dirty hall? The room was fair, nothing special. There was a hole in the wall with toilet paper stuck in it and the commode seat didn't have a lid and was duct taped on one of the hinges. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The staff were very unprofessional and rude!

I gave this place 5star overall because of the hospitality and the service that they give!! Way better SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY than ANY HILTON or Marriott I’ve stayed in. Even with team member rates and family and friends rates at those good hotels, THIS HOTEL GAVE ME MY $600-$800 WORTH BERY WELL PLEASED WITH IT. It’s a knights inn that you either googled/internet or just walked in, what do you all expect???!!! ( to the ones with the bad reviews ) **LL NO IT’S not a Hilton or a doubletree . I stayed there 12 days , I brought my own Lysol, bleach, and covers as I do in any hotel! Microwave and fridge in rooms. Good air conditioning. Hot water. Room service everyday except Sunday, but the lady up front and her husband will get you whatever it is you need on Sunday, just pick up the phone or walk to the desk, SIMPLE! I’m not a fan of any odor or bugs. I’m a very clean person, and if I could stand it anyone could. Yes it’s an older hotel , none smoking on first floor! They probably could remodel a little if the bad reviews would stay off the page, like they’re staying at Jesus house! Jesus wouldn’t complain! If it’s not to your liking after your stay please don’t leave this woman and man bad reviews, just don’t comment. But I feel you could at least do that for the nice lady up front!!!! Other than that leave a good review even if it’s a 1⭐️. Last thing, I stayed from July 4th till like the 18th or 20th. This place was so worth it to me, I’m back here just in the area on august 16th just to run over and go speak to the lady. Stopped last night but it was too late 😴, so I made sure I stopped today on the way back through. If I’m ever in the area and need a place to stay, for the money, it WILL DEFINITELY BE KNIGHTS INN (DUBLIN, VA) I PROMISE 💙💪🏾

While staying at the Knights, we most enjoyed the staff and service. Breakfast was served family style and everyone was very attentive. Rooms were kept cleaned and tidy by the staff and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling.

Couldn’t even give them a one star on service. Total scam artists running this facility. Bait and switch with on online booking and fees. Amount of trust I have with them is I called my credit card company and put a hold on it until I can get a new number.

I stayed here for 7 months just recently and the owners and staff were very nice and accommodating. It made it hard to leave.
