Very basic cheap room, 110 for one night including taxes. You're not getting much, but if you're just looking for a place to crash for the night along the road and not spending time there, it's okay.||Good: Plenty of space in the room. Mini-fridge worked well, has a separate freezer that really freezes. Wi-fi worked well, and nothing was broken or malfunctioning. Woman at front desk was friendly and helpful.||Bad: No power outlets near nightstand. No microwave. No light switch reachable from the bed, so you have to get up to turn light on or off. Only one tiny tube of combined shampoo+conditioner provided, no body wash or separate liquid soap/shampoo, so bring your own.
Needs to modernize a lot and it's everything about the place needs upgrading. How can there be no Wi-Fi...in 2024..at least.... TERRIBLE...I DID not PERSONALLY STAY BUT my relative did and I never saw no housekeeping come and clean nothing and I am glad I never had to but I don't understand how people can own it not feel bad for charging ANYONE ..TO STAY IN THAT DUMP!!!!
I spent the night here I got a bed bug bites. Besides all the criminals walking around trying to earn a living as the jails dump them there the owners are so disrespectful. Do not pay for this place. Most inmates get it for free.
I don't like to talk bad but when I was placed there with my two kids first off the room was dirty you can tell it hasn't been cleaned for some time there was cob webs and nasty stuff all along the walls looked like some one just sweep it under the beds the bed sheets were stained the floors were sticky my son's feet were black after only being there for a few hours the shower was nasty and there is bed bugs for a place that takes in dss people they definitely could do better job at cleaning and the side walk was a sheet of ice my son fell many times I would leave a negative 10 if I could Honestly would rather sleep in a card bourd box than deal with that
This place needs to be shut down!!! This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. I understand that DSS helps people and puts them here, but they need to inspect these places before they put families in them. Schenectady county department of social services pulled their people out in the middle of the night due to the conditions of the rooms. It is just a matter of time before Fulton county does the same. They have cockroaches falling from the ceiling, and bed bugs. Some of the rooms are so bad that the ground outside is cleaner than the floor inside. Just because someone is down on their luck and needs a little help doesn't mean they should have to live like that!!! Someone needs to have building and codes go in there and do an inspection!! This place is so disgusting , has drug addicts all over the place , rooms are barley cleaned and a few rooms has bed bugs don’t come to this motel your wasting your money
Spoke with a lady at the front desk completely disrespectful. If you wanna go to a hotel that reeks of mold and never wanna stop throwing up this is the hotel to go to. I will be contacting the department of health on this hotel because the walls just smell like there’s mold in it. First room they put me in it wasn’t even clean. Bed sheets looked like someone ate on em. This place is just awful. Oh and to top it all off my girlfriend is pregnant so that just goes to show what incompetence really looks like. If you wait up around 3am and look the main receptionist can be seen smoking crack. I just can’t believe how unprofessional and unsanitary this place really is.
