the property was nasty!!! The exterior paint was peeling off the walls and doors. when we walked in the floor was very uneven. the curtains smelled like piss. the bed sheets were stained. the smoke detector had been pulled off the wall exposing the wires. the tub looked like it had never been cleaned. the toilet was dirty as well. when we asked for a refund we were told we would not get one. after several attempts to get one we were told by the man at the front desk he would call the police. but he eventually cooperated with us and we were given the refund. the hotel is bad. I would recommend that you do not waste your money or time with this establishment..

I am a Motel 6 fan now that I have stayed in a few really nice rooms, but this one needs work. The Motel 6 website stated that this was newly opened which I mistook for "new" Motel 6 but that is not the case. When you first go in the room (at midnight, after driving 800 miles) it looks clean, but after walking around you realize that it is in major need of repairs. The bathroom drain was rusty, the curtains were dirty the door and wall for dirty, the fridge didn't work, and there was no ice machine. The perfume smell was horrible! From carpet deodorizing or something, but I has to turn on the cooler and open the door to air it out. They wanted $80 a night for this room! Good thing I called Motel 6's 800 number and got it for $60, the other Motel 6 locations were booked. I thought this would a nice clean location since the website stated "newly" opened. I don't want to motel bash, but this place was gross and a few minor repairs could change that. The young man at the desk was really nice though.

This motel is also known as Super 7. The hotel is so old it is like the car that is so far gone it is not worth fixing. Which is exactly what the owners are doing. I stayed here for a week. This is the lowest price in Midland but the door and door jamb to my room was hanging by a screw so it looked like if somebody bumped it, it would come open. I could see day light around the door. I couldn't get connected to the wifi despite numerous trips to the office. The door key had to be programmed every other day and on the 5th day it stopped working altogether. Maintenance finally got it to work. The remote quit on the second day, I went to the office to get new batteries, it still didn't work. They couldn't get the remote to work again. I operated the TV by hand, the old fashioned way. The towels had ground in stains. The carpet was new. The faucets leaked and the air conditioner was supported by a 2X4 to keep it from falling out of the wall. One of the fluorescent lights was out over the sink, they said they would fix it but didn't. One of the night stand lamps didn't work, it wasn't the bulb the maintenance man and I checked. He never replaced it. There is a safe, microwave, mini hair dryer and mini-frig in the room. No coffee maker. The room was as clean as it could be given the condition. There are a couple of other places for the same price that are better.

The rooms and beds are in much better shape than at the West Texas Inn. I would rather have poor customer service than bitten by spiders at the West Texas Inn. ||The bath tub in the room we were in was disgusting, my husband had stayed the week earlier and they had a shower that was tiled and not disgusting. So I assume renovations are being taken place. ||If you don't mind not being able to understand the staff, or being glared down when you are driving/walking around the building to get your laundry then its not so bad. Also I called the night before check out and asked if I could check out late, the night clerk said that I possibly could. The morning clerk was rude and wanted me to pay for a whole other night just for an hour or two. Most Motel 6's and other places if you ask will approve it.

Lets be honest, you don't stay at the Motel 6 with an expectation of amazing. I stayed there on a brief stopover, the room was clean and the air conditioning and water worked. I was able to park right in front of my room. I had no issues with the hotel, I just needed a place to get a full night of sleep while driving, this was the perfect place for that requirement.

First when I get there I have to wait 15 minutes before anyone would check me in hard to find a single person who works there. The out side is nasty looking and construction stuff everywhere work boot laying everywhere there were a pair in fort of my room I had to go back and ask and make sure no one was in my room. Room was okay looking not clean the floor was nasty my blankets had cigarette burns on them. Here's the crappy part check out is 11 right well I wake up to banging on my door phone calls to my room all this happened before 11 I woke up itching with bites all over me and when I go to leave I notice my door was opened.... unlocked and cracked opened.... freaked me out and when I walk out my door there's a man standing right beside it with his shirt off.this place it was horrible not worth the 75$ I will never stay there again just so bad.....

Very dirty motel, clogged toilet, nasty bathroom, missing smoke detector, open light socket from missing light, etc. Even the phone didn't work. The ac was not working properly and was soooo loud we couldn't hear the tv (which was ok as the tv picture was fuzzy anyway). The location was quiet so if you don't mind dirty then your in luck. We won't stay there again though.
