Came here on a recommendation and was met with a kind gentleman who helped my son with his suit. Knowledgeable staff, large selection and affordable. Thank you Hunter for helping us and answering our questions. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend to others.

Many great attributes - The manager was friendly knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me find a suit in a short notice situation. The pants were tailored within one day. The price was great also!!! All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service from experts for our wedding party. Great attention to detail and advice. Very queer friendly. We visited several times and at each visit the team was welcoming and affirming. We had a suit fitted and purchased for our 12 year old and purchased a suit for grandpa who sent measurements sent up from out of town. We wanted some speciality and unique things and they made sure to contact the makers directly to get our questions answered. Highly recommend for warmth and expertise. I’ve already recommended this place to several friends who wear suits to work.

Being in customer service for over 30 years how you handled my daughter's wedding party suits was horrible. When they order something and pay for it they expect it all at once not when you decide they should get it. That's why they order in advance. Having a condescending attitude does not help. The first rule in retail is customer service. I do have to say the guy that did the original fitting was very professional with my husband and son. After that though it kinda went down hill. I read your response to my husband's review and I'm sorry nothing changed in any of the orders. They ordered them and didn't have contact with you until the suits came in. I deal with a lot of angry customers in my work and AL management says is ease the customer. Your answer is to make things and put blame back on the customers for one would never recommend this place to anyone. I have to talked to numerous colleagues and they all said who orders a suit and not get it all at once. I will be talking to my market manager to see how we would of handled this situation. When someones tells you the pants are to big and your order them that way and charge them a fee for swapping them out that's pretty shady

I needed a suit for a wedding and since I've never bought a suit I didn't know exactly what I wanted so I thought the service at Knights Chamber might be better than a chain clothing store. The service and attention to my needs from Tariq was excellent, I was shown many different options and some much needed direction. He was very clear on timing for alterations, any adjustments and what products he always had in stock and what would need to be ordered. Overall a great experience at Knights Chamber.

The guys at Knights Chamber are amazing. They had tons of options for my wedding, and they have plenty of options for big & tall sizes. Sometimes their texts didn’t go through so there ended up being slight miscommunication between the store and some of my groomsmen, but it all worked out in the end, and we looked amazing! (Plus, if you buy your suit for your wedding here, all accessories are 20% off)

I’ve been working with Chris for several years, and he’s the only shop I go to for my suits. Great selection, impeccable service, and I cannot recommend them any further.

Was looking for a tux vest and tie fir an event in 1.5 weeks. All my previous rental places wet out if business. Found this place right up street. After further review, they don't rent, they sell. I was desperate So asked if they had anything in my size. They did!! And was only $40. They had a lot of stuff reasonably priced so now know next time, give them chance to get measured, I can get what I want (color, style, etc.) and won't cost an arm and leg either. Highly recommend this place. Great staff and very helpful!!
