Lady at window was super rude. Didn’t even come check on us while we were waiting or tell us it would be a while at the drive thru. Sat there 20 mins line growing behind us and she didn’t even apologize for the wait. Opened the door to hand us the food and went to thank her and she abruptly shut the door in my face. Won’t go back here to this location again. Also the sandwiches we ordered were terrible the bread on mine was so thin it just broke apart and was overly stuffed and found something pokey in the tomato soup..

Just finished a miserable excuse for a sandwich for lunch, sitting here hungry because if you look at the photos, what I paid $20 for a sandwich meal for was maybe $5 of food. If you are serving chicken salad sandwiches you need to at least put CHICKEN SALAD on there. No excuse for this when you charge what you do. I go here pretty often and bring work teams in, but no thanks after this. I basically ate a hard edged croissant for lunch.

Worst place to eat for the price. My croissant sandwich look like a two year old made it and French toast had lettuce on it. A ham and cheese sandwich should melt, not just thrown together like a competition. Just terrible service from the manager. She was mean!! No customer skills at all

I am pleased every time I go :-) the sourdough is a very good option for gluten-free people. I also love the rewards points on the app, they are great for when you go here often :-) They weren't the most attentive. They also blew my mom off when she said it was her birthday. She hadn't put her birthday into the app yet...they could've at least acted like they cared....

Ordered Parmesan chips and got a very little amount. Unfortunate because the lady was very nice and told me it would be better value to get the combo instead of just the chips so a bit disappointed by how many were actually in the bag.

I don’t know why I keep coming back, at this point it’s less than 50/50 it’s going to be good. I just want to know, Kneaders owners/managers..would you eat this?

Food is great. I do wish they would get meat on the whole sandwich and not leave huge parts with just bread but the turkey cranberry sandwiches delicious. A lot of cute stuff to buy and overall I really enjoy this place?. Don't leave without at least one loaf bread. Oh and their pumpkin anything is delicious. Delicious!

I had a horrible experience ordering online. The person didn’t seem to understand what I needed. I placed the order while driving so I said I wanted to pay when picking up the order but they said I had to give them my card number. I was parking and said "I will give you my card in a second". So I walked in and no one was taking my order!!?? - Reason: they have a call center to take the orders!!?? Unbelievable!! I had to start all over at the store and the person on the phone hanged up on me. The food: I am not surprised at the small portions. I don’t get it why this place is somewhat famous. Not happy at all with my experience or their food. I have to give them this; the place is nice and the workers at the location tried to help me with my order asap. Hey Kneaders, my review will get a lot of views, hope you improve.
