If you have considered out sourcing IT or adding additional support I highly recommend kkworx. When assuming the leadership role, KKworx as our outsourced IT solution was inherited. This is not an evaluation nor decision I made for an essential function in a corporation. In previous companies I have only experienced in house IT and had my reservations to such a solution for a core function. Now with experience, I prefer the depth of coverage and expertise that KKworx brings to us, which is unreasonable to staff internally.
