We only played here, guy who checked us in was quiet-not your typical customer service at a higher end course. Starter was very friendly. Decent practice area. Course was in good condition but gross that they were applying fertilizer while we were playing. Would t necessarily play here again but still fun. Saw 1 small gater-highlight coming from the Midwest.
This place… where do I start?! The food? AMAZING! The service? OUTSTANDING! We felt like we were family here the entire time we were here. Everyone was so nice and helpful! The course was an incredible experience that you must take advantage of! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a top notch golf experience! They do it right at Kiva Dunes
What a great resort. Basically a mile of white sand private beach. A great golf course. A beach club for dinning, swimming, drinks towels and beach service on the beach Not to mention multiple pools all in a private gated community with beautiful homes. Awesome.
We stayed at the Beach House. Wife and kids love it. The golf course is super nice!l but Needs to be lower priced for guest. Had a blast here. This was our second time!!!
I am a regular golfer (1-2 times a week) and have played multiple dozens of courses. This was an absolutely beautiful course that I enjoyed until the moment I started golfing! I pulled into the paid and got my cart - everyone involved within the clubhouse, the cart staff, and the starter were all absolutely delightful! By hole 3 we were already pushing the people in front of us. I don’t blame the course for this at all and we were happily playing along. On hole 6 the Marshall told us we were 15 minutes behind schedule. I politely told him we’ve been backed up the last 3 holes by the group in front of us, and pointed out the fact that NO ONE had been waiting on us. He reminded us again we were 15 minutes behind and told us to pick it up (despite us not being able to increase pace because of the group ahead of us). About halfway after we made the turn he stopped us again saying we were behind pace (we had just waited at #12 for 15+ minutes). I told him this and he said we were the only few groups behind schedule. I again reminded him that we can’t play faster than the people in front of us and that we had been waiting on them multiple times since like the 3rd hole. He waived me off and didn’t really care to listen. All in all it’s an absolutely beautiful course! nice facilities, range, and clubhouse/restaurant. It really ruins the experience when you pay $130 and you feel like you’re being rushed to play is all! Total time it took us to play was 4 hours and 10 minutes (foursome). And that was with us waiting multiple times at multiple holes.
Kiva dunes is typically a great experience. My day started off on the wrong foot. Mallory the bartender was extremely rude and called us “alchys” for ordering too many beers. She had the worst attitude. She seemed to be unhappy to be at work and I hope her weekend gets better. Overall kiva is a great time but the bar made our group feel I welcomed.
We had a tee time for 3 of us and they paired us with a single which was great and helped with pace of play. The first few holes were a little slow but then everything lined out well. Course was in great shape. The layout is incredible and the staff is top notch. We keep this on our regular vacation rotation of courses.

Our group (all young adults) had a great time! We had all done multiple escape rooms in the past and this is definitely one of the best. We did the Movie Night and it was excellent! James made it so fun; we would definitely recommend!!
A small zoo, but nice big enclosures with lots of grass. I have never seen such relaxed cats in a zoo environment. All of the animals were relaxed and happy. Many would come to the front of the pens to look at the visitors.
