A great place that truly gives customer services a personal touch not seen in this day and age. The gained a life time customer from that alone, but this is truly the type of place that does the old fashion small town family owned American hardware store right. Great team and great location!

Whenever I need a small appliance or hardware, I check with Kitz and Pfeil. They usually have what I need in stock and of good quality. The personnel have the knowledge and experience to help you make the right choice.

Worst experience I've had shopping in a long time. Was only in the store for 5-10 minutes. My girlfriend and I were browsing around the store, and had come in for 1 part. immediately when we entered we were followed by 2 female employees. They were around us the entire time we were in the store. They once stopped us and asked if we were here to "actually buy any tools". as we shopped around 1 male employee stopped and stared at us with crossed arms for the entire time we were in a section. As we approached the counter to check out the female cashier did not greet, speak, or say anything at all to us. She was too busy talking to one of the ladys who had followed us up to the counter. When we walked out the door a male employee stared at us through the window, as we walked to the car, got in, put on music, and pulled out. Watching us the entire time very creepy and threatening. These workers must have nothing better to do with their time. Wont be coming back it was very uncomfortable and humiliating. The actual store was a mess and the product is all 10+ years old. Dead stock.

We love K&P. Can't beat the customer service. Occasionally they need to order something they don't have in store. Great soil prices AND the only flavor straws I've ever seen.

I came in to the Menasha store shortly after they opened Sunday, 7/9/23. I was immediately greeted by a young man named Josh. I called the store back to find out his name. I came in there for things I know nothing about. Carbon monoxide detector, drain cleaner, etc. He was so helpful and kind. It's very refreshing to see there are young people still out there who care. Thank you again, Josh for your help. You deserve a raise and a gold star!

Decent hardware store. Little pricey but good selection. Helpful employees.
