Kirkwood Inn - Hotel in Mason - 4027 S US-42, USA

My husband and I spent the night at the Kirkwood Inn during a weekend getaway. |What a lovely place! |The people are warm and friendly, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the gardens! Even in mid-October, the garden path was enchanting. Full of little hidden surprises, a meandering path, and quiet nooks to just sit and relax. Will definitely be paying another visit!

We had an outstanding stay at the hotel. The room was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking around the grounds. Breakfast was over the top . We highly recommend it. The owner was such a charming person and had a lot of knowledge about the area.

Here for the Western & Southern Open. The Kirkwood was very clean and comfortable. Helpful at the front desk. The garden path is lovely this time of year. Very nice running path through woods and across a stream in the city park just across the street. The breakfast was fantastic. Look forward to staying here again for next year's Open.

We stayed here when we went to visit kings Island. Only a 9 min. Drive to the park which was convenient. The breakfast was amazing. I felt like I was eating a homemade breakfast at home. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. The only drawbacks were there wasn’t any convenient outlets to plug cell phones or other electrical devices in. And when we first went into the room it smelled musty, which went away once we turned the heater on.

When we go to that area. We only stay here. If they have no rooms available we will postpone the trip till there's rooms. Great Great breakfast in a separate house on property. Very clean swim pool. Price is cheaper then anywhere around there.

We loved this place from the moment we arrived. The hostess was very friendly and helpful when asked for dinner suggestions. The rooms are quoting and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The gardens and pathways were beautiful. We will definitely try to come back.

I didn't stay there, but I delivered there and met someone super awesome that was really pleased with the place and made my job alot happier that day.. Joseph.

I've stayed here many times and have not had an issue with any of the staff. Sandy is the owner and is someone I'd consider a friend after all the years I've known her. Please don't let the construction that is going on in front of the hotel deter you from staying here. This is the only hotel I will stay at whenever my friends and I go to Kings Island. Staff is always great, rooms are always clean, the free breakfast is always delicious. This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Best part is it has an ACTUAL key to the hotel room!
