The whole suite and common areas were so quiet and relaxing. What a treat. We will go back. There is limited parking however there is a public park right across the street where you could easily park if needed. Our friends came over and we watched a movie in the movie room. I loved everything about it and my husband will tell you I am a hotel/motel/B & B snob!
Very nice place! Hidden away yet just a 2 block walk to Main St. Has 5 suites- intimate setting, quiet & not a lot of traffic. Jacuzzi tub is a major plus! A little hard to find but it’s hidden away so that can be a plus for some. Thank you so much!!!!
We really enjoyed our time here! The place offers great value, but not luxury... It’s centrally located, walking distance to the Main Street and Octoberfest, near all the stores, coffee shops, and breakfast restaurants. HEB is 2 blocks away too which was super helpful. They provide water, tea and coffee in the room. The bed was super comfortable, so we got great sleep. Check in was very easy. The vouchers for breakfast came in handy at the nearby breakfast spot which was very delicious (and no line!) Some items that would have been nice to have are body wash since they only provide soap. There is no daily housekeeping. And I wish the outdoor entrance was a bit more inviting / cozy / updated. The first impression was a bit negative.
We were very happy with our large, spacious suite with separate seating area and a huge bathroom with soaking tub. Great location - didn't have to use our car at all for three days because it's right off the main street. This means we got to enjoy our wine. Very clean. There is a mini fridge, coffee, and wine glasses in the room but they actually have a full size kitchen (minus a stove) where you can store leftovers and grab extra coffee supplies any time you want. They also have a gorgeous common area with leather seating and a big TV - we did not take advantage but it looked nice. Check in was easy - call the manager and she will provide a door code and give a small tour.
Here for our third stay, we’re in the Onyx room which is beautiful and comfortable. Have stayed in the Emerald and Ruby rooms in the past which were great. We just love it here. In walking distance of everything but far enough from Main Street that it’s nice and quiet. The manager Linda is so sweet and courteous. We won’t stay anywhere else in Fredericksburg.
My husband and I spent two nights in the Onyx room. It was very clean, and well stocked with all the necessities. Refrigerator, coffee maker, robes, plenty of towels, and toiletries. The king size bed was very comfortable, and after a long day of walking around town, the jacuzzi tub was extra relaxing. The house manager Linda was very knowlegeable of Fredericksburg and gave us great insight on places to go and see. We received two vouchers for breakfast and lunch where we used at the Old German Bakery and Resturant. We will definately be staying with Kingwood suits again and letting our family and friends know of this little gem!

We had an amazing 2 night stay in the Diamond Suite at Kingwood Luxury Suites! It has 2 King bedrooms which were perfect for my husband and I along with our adult son and girlfriend. We enjoyed the private living and kitchen area where we could spread out, have coffee in the morning and drinks while watching NCAA action! The Brazilian granite countertops in the kitchen were a beautiful extra touch! The $40.00 in restaurant coupons gave us a reason to walk the couple of blocks to Downtown and explore the shops before choosing one of 3 Restaurant choices for breakfast or lunch! Our stay was perfect!
Perfect place to stay, loved every part of it from checking in to checking out. Great location, just a couple blocks from Main st. Will definitely be planning another trip soon to stay there.
