Not your average motel or somewhere most people would want to find themselves. Met some pretty interesting characters during my visit. It was definitely an experience

This place was even worse now than it was 10 years ago which was the last time I was staying there.. It is absolutely disgusting, filthy dirty, nasty dirty, has roaches bad (even worse than the other cheap hotels) add bed bugs to that list and I had had enough. To top it off they wouldn't refund my money so they robbed me in my opinion as well. The worst issue of all was the so called "manager" who the owners let her do whatever she wants without consequence or conscience. They are completely ignorant to the fact that the manager lady controls everything that goes on there and they sit back and let her seemingly not caring that she's 100% the main problem with the hotel. I wish I could do -0 score but unfortunately I had to give 1 to even speak on the atro

Absolutely disgusting. Horrible disposition from both the front desk woman as well as the owners. Did not even offer to 'clean' my room or refresh my towels one time, in a week long stay. Constant noise from the room next door where someone is clearly living and has been for quite some time. At night time outside is like a block party. Will never stay again.

I had just relocated to Roanoke....strange city.....didn't know anyone or my way around. I needed a place to stay for a month until I got settled. The Knights Inn gave me a really good monthly rate. The room I had was very clean, the appliances were good and fit my needs. The swimming pool was very nice for the short time I used it until the weather became too cold. The room I had (facing Williamson Rd) was quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the coffee was always hot! They advertise a morning breakfast, but it was never much to brag about....however, that was ok with my needs because I always ate breakfast in my room or out anyway. At the end, one thing that stuck out with me the most was the way they put the customer first. There was a small issue with the deposit I had put down when I moved in for a month. But the staff went out of their way to make things right and I left completely satisfied. I would recommend the Knights Inn Roanoke to anyone for an inexpensive, but nice long term stay, weekly stay, or just for the night to lay your head down. Two thumbs up Knights Inn!

Better off paying the few extra dollars it's not worth paying your money to knights inn .The only good thing about this place is that you can have your pets for a low price. This place is reckless and dirty. When someone checks out they don't clean at all they just make the beds and re rent the room. Management is lazy all they want is your money. Almost every room has bugs. This place needs to be turned down. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. Don't come to this place unless you want to be very dissatisfied.

I stayed at the Knights Inn in Roanoke, VA for like six weeks and while they seem to be the cheapest rooms to stay weekly but you get what you paid for. It's pretty grimy like bad motel rooms can be, the carpets are pretty gross you feel like you want to stay off them and not want to be on them bare feet. The shower curtain was pretty gross too and you didn't get the feeling that they really clean the place before people move in, not at all. There are some sketchy looking people that are staying there that like to sit outside a lot and can be really loud and obnoxious, especially on the weekends. I finally got to leave KI and move to my new place and when I drove by I could see the same big group of people hanging outside in their chairs weeks later! There was one night it was so bad I had to call the police since motel management wasn't doing anything about it. They have a pool there but it is not working and i'm guessing they dont have the money to get it fixed and opened again. And what's bad is that in the office they have a picture of what Knights Inn used to look like back in the day and the place looked great and so did the pool. Why show customers how horrible the place looks now compared to back then? I will say the customer service ladies behind the desk have always been nice. I never got the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I saw bugs when I first moved in but they disappeared after the first couple days. So like I said the cheap price kept me there but that's the only reason.

They refused to refund my money for our 1 night stay and accused us of being the reason there were cockroaches crawling everywhere. We went to check out a college close by and thought ok not the best looking but we were up for an adventure and it has a couple of fast food restaurants across the street but we hadn't taken any food into our room and had checked in and left for the day. We returned after a nice dinner at an amazing Indian restaurant to find cockroaches everywhere. So now I am out $65 dollars for a room we didn't use. Management did offer to come spray roach spray in our room and clean it up...really I don't know what's worse cockroaches, more than likely bedbugs or sleeping and breathing in cockroach spray chemicals! Real classy place just like it's inhabitants! Avoid that place like you would the plague!

My skin hates me right now. Ate up by bedbugs . I ended up sleeping in my vehicle. They must be mutant bugs , we bought 3 kinds of spray and made one to kill them and I'm still getting ate up. The shower is either to hot or to cold and the tub doesn't drain good. you're standing in your own dirt. I won't even talk about the toilet 😂

I had to have some of Jenny's chicken salad today! I had it on toasted white bread with lettuce and tomato. My side was an upgrade from chips to crinkle cut french fries. This was the one thing that made me happy during the rainstorm earlier. Her
