Kingsley Inn & Suites - Featured Reviews (377)
To my knowledge I'd assume most reviews are negative. So for me to share my positive experience, I can tell you they go out there way. I like there discounts for extended stay residence. I look forward to getting home from work with the bed made with a clean cover. It's Quiet, I don't notice any drug traffic, but then again I don't look for it. Only flaw I have to reach for is the pool not being accessible. I know it's still not swimming temperature. However the pools enclosed. Ty just acknowledging customer service an amenities
Rude they wanted to give me a room but not my husband racist then they was okay with me having no power no TV etc in the room they wanted to sell me high crime and drug trafficking area
I was there picking up a friend. I have never stayed there and I know that my friend thinks that it is a good place to stay for a very reasonable price.
For the location and area this is a five-star for me. Never have any problems checking in or out. Understanding and actually treat u like a person unlike other hotels in the area. Will come back
They don't provide microwave and refrigerator for every room. No guest allowed was my biggest problem
Roaches, filthy, dirty toilet & shower. Public hairs on bed, ac or heater didn't work, lock on door was malfunctioning. Front desk refused to move me or help with issues. Very short with us & acted like we were unimportant on any level once he got paid for the room. Will never return here.
I'm going to give you an honest review. It's like $60 bucks a night. Sometimes they will charge you more but you must be firm and hand them thay cash. They don't require a deposit for walk ins or apps like priceline or hopper. They have smoking rooms, non smoking rooms and jacuzzi rooms. The jacuzzi rooms are fairly priced. They have a great housekeeping workers that don't bother you and the staff doesn't come.banging on your door at 10:59 either. Overall, the office managers are not cold and evil , ( which is usually the situation in low rate motels like this one. ) There is a great beer store and taco store right next door, and a 24 hour waffle house is in the same parking lot as the motel, next to the motels office building. they have simple outdoor washer and dryers for 2 dollars a load an dry, and they are like grandmas washer and dryer that you can fit 3 loads into one. Not those new age bull$hit washers and dryers that takes you 3 loads to do what you could have done in grandmas washer and dryer. I saw no bed bugs and the carpet and floor boards are clean. The last part of this underrated Inn Is that it has an indoor pool! I highly recommend the Kingsley Inn to those who need a cheap unplanned room to stay overnight or at their costly weekly rates.
I just have to say, it must be the easiest job in the world to work here. You don't have to fix anything, clean anything, paint anything, wash anything, do anything. Mgmt is almost always MIA which wouldnt matter if the front desk wasn't consistently unhelpful. There is an older man who'll tell you every hotel in the area but can't help with anything around this place, a quiet tall lady who'll be just as unhelpful but a bit kinder, and a younger lady who'll recite the Inn's policies for you and never fail to follow it. Day 1 was quiet. Day 2 housekeeping stole my breakfast and two bags of chips. I took a nap and woke up in bug city. Day 3 the shower head broke. Day 4 the TV did not work, at all. Reported all of this the day of/after and received almost the same response from all three. My recommendation when staying here is pack bug spray, do not leave your food in your room unattended, and only pay $65 for a full week, never a day. That's the only way it, MIGHT, be worth the money!
Lovely coffee shop with very spacious seating! Their hot mocha is delicious, the fruit smoothies are perfect for my toddler as they have real fruit and no added sugar. And the staff is so sweet and helpful!
