Kings Pointe - Mobile home park in Lake Alfred - 100 Winterdale Dr, USA

I purchased this property for my parents after my father fell ill during a Christmas visit. The property is across from a small airport and surrounded by lakes close to the big city with all the amenities to the big parks. Reasonable prices, reason why I could swing the effort and clean and safe as a gated community. A hidden gem that executives take advantage of due to its proximity to Orlando and the small airport. We were lucky to get the property at the right time and want to commend the managing staff for keeping the community so welcoming and inviting. My thanks to Kings Pointe staff for all you do to keep the neighborhood so inviting and reasonable.

Actually do not understand why this place has so many dogs and not a small dog park for it so that's the reason why I'm giving it to because they have over 60 residents and you would think they would have a small dog park and they don't. They rather have people dogs poo on the neighbors yard They can put a bingo center for them to spend there money But .can't put a small dog park to the community to come together

Kings point is acquaint neighborhood outside of auburndale it's very nice the homeowners are very friendly everyone seems to know one another and look out for one another the neighborhood is kept up immaculately very nice place to visit

Park is kept up for the most part, but for years I've tried to get the company to upgrade the ugly 1980s chain link fence on the park's boundaries along with keeping weeds out but they did nothing. The maintenance building and the surrounding area is trashy. The two ladies in the office can get cocky, but overall the residents are nice and friendly.

Very clean. Good spacing around the homes. Lot rent is reasonable compared to other communities in the area. Nice clubhouse and pool area. No golf course which is perfect for us because we don't play.

Left here three years ago, after selling my home there for next to nothing. Im happy to be coming back. Lot rent is, well, it's lot rent. Park is well maintained, management is efficient, the park is attractive and clean. Looking forward to my new/old home. These homes are not squashed together--you get a decent yard and decent distance from others. My cat is thrilled about having a big ol' porch again.

I love living here. It is one of the nicer parks in the area. They are strict with some rules but if the prospectus is read the rules are simple to follow. As with any place you live not all people like each other and that is okay. I have found Kings Pointe to be a great community and have wonderful neighbors. They do have a 2 week visitor limit, but if a visitor for some reason needs to stay longer, they just need to register with the office and do a background check, and l understand this and do not have a problem with it as it is done for the tenants safety. Glad l chose to live here. Not sorry l picked this community for my retirement. Close to shops, and hospitals a plus.

Beautiful well maintained park. Very friendly neighbors and park management. Close to 3 towns for shopping and dinning. Lake Alfred, Winterhaven, Auburndale. Only issue is park lot rental is a little expensive and includes no water or trash pickup. Otherwise would be 5 star.
