King's Mountain Point - Park in Badin - 398 Kings Mountain Rd, USA

I live about 90 mi away from this location but enjoy visiting it multiple times a year to observe the seasonal changes. My primary use is camping and hiking but occasionally I will have a picnic out at Kings Mountain Point. It's great to have a National Forest close to where I live so that I can use it often.

Beautiful, wild, vast. Loved the trail on my first visit to the forest and the lake. I'll definitely come back!

Great place to watch the water, have a picnic or a wedding. Has plenty of pull off places to be by yourself. It has a paved walk way all the way around the point . The dirt road to it can be dusty or muddy. But over all 10/10

I'm giving this four stars because there's information available on the board and I did not read it it is a beautiful spot the bathroom was clean it just felt like something was missing or "off" if you will. I will give it my usual complained of too many people know about it. 😁

Pretty views and easy to walk through it. Lots of spots for fishing if you're into that. Also pretty quiet when I went
