They are super strict on guests, loitering in the parking lot, and making sure they get every last dime from you. So be on your best behaviour here.

Make sure you inspect your room at time of rental. The manager and her husband are cool

We arrived at 2am there was cops all over the parking lot. Then one of my family members room was flooded from room above. We checked in paid for 2 night's but basically 1 day we stayed paid 300. The rooms smelt like cigarettes so bad. There was cockroaches in our room, told guy on night duty he hands my husband a cockroach spray says use that. They know they have the issue but don't do anything bout it. This place should be shut down. The next day without sleep i talk with the lady nd she cared nothing bout the issue. She wouldn't allow us to talk to manager. She threw 40.00 nd walked away. Like we paid 300 for flooded cockroach rude service motel. I highly recommend no one to waste money here.

I called the hotel to see if they had any room available and if so what would the cost be? The guy on the phone told me that it was $110 for the room plus a $20 deposit. I sent my boyfriend there because he would be arriving first and when he got checked in he called me and asked me what the dude said it would cost. Well the worker decided to charge my boyfriend $130 for the room and then another $20 for the deposit equaling $150 when it only been about 20 minutes since I talked to the guy! I don't understand why it would all of a sudden change in price when I literally just pretty much got off the phone with them! And then ask for a refund for the extra amount he charged my boyfriend and he told me that he never said it was going to be a total of $130 for the room. Of course they won't give me a refund either considering I'm so irritable I don't even want to stay there anymore so I get to pay extra money to stay at a hotel that I don't even want to stay at anymore! If I was going to pay that much for a room I would have went to a nicer hotel! The room shouldn't cost any more than $100 with the way that it looks and that's even pushing it! My advice is don't even take the chance of staying here you can't believe anything they say

It's not the 5 seasons for sure but they make you feel welcome and comfortable. No one bothers you, the bed is a real king size, the house keepers were all super friendly and nice and the owner by far was my favorite. Here she don't play, if you don't check out or pay by 11 she was literally busting down your door 😂 Which didn't bother us cuss she has every right, she was also very understanding to her guest. Our daughter still talks about her and the king. We will definitely be going back thank you so much King Motor.

I was staying here and I was in the parking lot then 3 cop cars rolled up on me and my family not a good location! Also the staff are extremely rude and have zero manors, hospitality and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. That's not all either, the other day the cops had some guy arrested for having guns on his person. Just walking around with a shotgun and 2 pistols. Very dangerous and just an all around awful slumlordy location.

The guy in the office is extremely rude. He wouldn't let me have the room that I had already paid for. The room was for my 3 kids ages 11yrs, 13yrs & 18yrs. He wouldn't give us the room cuz I wouldn't pay a pet fee when our pets wouldn't be in the room. They would be with me somewhere off of the property.

This place may not look like much, like motel 6. But it has the heart of gold. The place is clean well kept up and nice room's. I came to this place hoping to get two night's here, but I was short 30 dollars. I got to stay those two night. It doesn't matter what it looks like, it's the hospitality and the worm heart you get from the person working the front desk of the motel.
