Very nice 55 and older community. Nice homes Lots of activities. Secure community as well.
It really is a money hungry place to live. They are constantly hanging violation notices on the elderly door. Not a good place for elderly. They should just make it a 55 park...... people in the 80 with disability can not take care of the parks grass, the parks leaves from the parks trees. They are horrible.
This park is run efficiently and management doesn't wait for problems they anticipate and deal accordingly with no bias
This is a very beautiful mobile home community just drove through to see if there were any for sale we only found two maybe better luck next time
Nice 55+ community where everyone waves as you pass by. The neighborhood is quite, clean, and has a pool and community center for members to enjoy events daily.
Very bad business practices had set an appointment with the salesman to view a home for sale told me I would the first on the list time 1030 am 6/16/18 said they weren't listing it for another week.then received a call from the salesman on 6/15/18 sorry we sold the home 2 days ago ? Well that has made me realize I really don't want to live in a place that has people like this involved with in the community
