Kings Inn Motel Inc - Motel in Pascagoula - 2303 Denny Ave, USA

One of the best budget motels in area, currently staying awhile during a family emergency. Beds are actually like those I've seen in Canadian and Mexican hotels, I like the firm mattresses. Room is clean and acceptable, and the staff does a good job keeping riff raff out. I recommend....

The whole place is disgusting! It's out of date and the rooms are so nasty! The shower didn't work and was so nasty! You would get dirtier if you took a shower anyways. They have mold everywhere! Our TV didn't work and the beds were horrible! Please don't book here it's not worth it! Only why we were here is because my husband was working on the coast and this is the hotel the person he was working for booked us! He couldn't even take a shower after working because it was broken and it has been broken for awhile! This hotel is horrible! If I could give it 0 stars I would. We woke up hurting and sick from the room. I am glad we only had to stay one day it that awful place.

I had to get cleaning supplies for my room. After 5 days asking for clean towels and linen. I was able to change the bed. That’s when I seen what I was laying my head on at night . Besides the bits I had on my legs and arms. It was even making my dog sick . I showed the manager the pillows she told me to leave the premises without a refund. Not a place for animals or kids . Poor management, unnecessary rudeness

Terrible experience here. I will say the workers provide good service, but the management and owner are an absolute horror to deal with. First off, the rooms are disgusting (not because they are not cleaned, but because they are so old and clearly nothing is ever properly repaired). The toilets are the style from a rest stop and the towels have stains. The carpet is stained and completely worn out. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. The curtains do not completely close. The beds are rock hard. They do provide lower weekly rates, but in my opinion it is not worth the money you save to stay there. In addition to all this, the owner is an angry man with no customer service skills or even the social skills of a normal person. I went to visit my husband for a weekend, and because we have a puppy we had booked a room at the Studio 6 down the road. I had the puppy in the parking lot so I could meet my husband while he got his stuff to go to the other motel. He was not checking out, we just had another room booked. The manager (?) - a blonde woman - came storming up to us and began yelling for the owner (who had apparently driven there just to confront us). They both berated us for having a dog. I tried to calmly and politely explain to them that we were not trying to sneak a dog into their motel, and I already had reservations at another place. They yelled at us to take our business there, and the owner questioned us if we knew how much money he would have to spend if a dog went into one of his rooms. It would be money well-spent, in my opinion, since the rooms and carpet are disgusting already. They both confronted my husband, who had been staying there for over a month, yelling things like "you think you own the place." I was really flabbergasted. My husband checked out and we took our business to the much nicer, much more friendly, much cleaner, with better service Studio 6. I would never, ever patronize the King's Inn Motel again. I cannot believe how we were treated!

We stayed for just a few hours but I can guarantee when we pass back through Pascagoula again we will definitely stay here. The front desk are so nice, the room was perfect, so comfortable, and quiet. Then there's Beef and she's just too cute to not come see again!!

Kings inn is one of the best hotels we've stayed in, in a very long time. It is American owned and was actually excited about that. Clean and staff is just the best! They actually use cleaning supplies to clean the rooms, no watered down cleaners. Excellent stay! Owners well done hotels around should come and see how it's actually supposed to be. :)

I stayed at the King's Inn for a lengthy period of time and while I was there I had no problems. The staff were very polite and attended to any need I had, there were NO BLOOD stains on my sheets...I don't know what the person that made these accusations were talking about but they must have been high or something....anyways, back to my review. The rooms are affordable and if you have any complaints about them all you have to do is tell the clerk at the front desk and he/she will go out of his/her way to help you and make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as any 5 star hotel I assure you. I was staying in a single room which came out to be $60.06 after taxes with a $10 key deposit, which I got back in full...The only reasons for not getting a key deposit back are for getting kicked out, staying after checkout, and/or vandalizing the room. I would go back and stay at the King's Inn motel again and again and I would advise anybody to do the same...It's a nice room at a cheap rate with a friendly cozy atmosphere....

Came in very late, all hotels in this area where sold out. Honestly the front door was hard to close but it closed. Room key are the ones you get when they copy your house keys. The bed at this motel was a 3.5/5 rating in my point of view. The carpet was clean. Air conditioning was okay it went all the way down to 60 degrees. Shower and toilet reminds me of the bathrooms you find at your local hospital. It 's not a 5 star hotel but if you need to sleep and a quick shower it's okay. It ain't Disneyland but it's not a terrible place either.
