Positive: It was first floor, minimal pet charge; seemed to be our only option in the area. Negative: A microwave in the room would have been nice. Having to walk to a microwave room wasn¿t the most convenient. Negative: ""

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in , actually let me rephrase that I didn’t even in sleep in the because it was so gross I slept in the 28 degree weather in my car instead and paid $99 to be grossed out , the bed not only had bedbugs after I was laying in it , but there was piss all over the toilet seat the fridge smelled like they hid a body in there , and weird tweakers walking around the premises in the middle of the night

Being a single women, the staff treated me with respect during my stay. Room was comfortable. Nothing came up missing. Snacks in lobby were price cheap. Was a happy guest when I left!

Very friendly staff. Room was a little run down and a bit dated but very clean. No bugs or anything nasty, huge plus! I liked the room, most elements looked very nice but then a few looked cheap and were worn/broken. We stay in rooms a few times a month for work and this room was the best when compared to the last 4-6 rooms we've been to lately. The next time we have work in the area THIS will be the motel we stay at!

So, the room wasn't that bad. It was actually quite large, had high ceilings with exposed beams, two beds, a desk, a table with two comfy chairs, and a large desk. The beds were decently comfortable, the shower pressure was okay and had lots of hot water. I was able to take my dogs for $5 per dog, per night which is much cheaper than most places. ||The room was covered in a thin layer of dust and smelled pretty musky. I don't think anyone had been in the room for a long time, minus the huge dead spider in the bathroom. We were there for a soccer tournament, so we weren't in the room much at all. It did the job, was fairly cheap, and was close to everything. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but it wasn't bad.||Oh, and they advertise a pool, but they don't have one. Bummer.

It was poor because the room was so dirty, sheets was dirty, blanket was dirty everything was dirty and smell very bad. Room 120 is a probrom if u rent a room there watch ur guy or ur husband she will try to get ur husband or guy in bed. She is prostrating her shelf out. She is ugly and old. Beware from that woman in one 120. The owner treat me horriable I asked for things sheet towel he said leave he is very rude. Beware going to kings inn. Don't go there it be poor and poor services.

We booked this stay off of an online booking, one I never heard of before, called TvTrip. The location looked good, since we needed a quick overnight stay close off the interstate I80 Ohio Turnpike near Cleveland. There were several budget type hotels to pick from off of the site, so I took a chance and picked the Kings Inn based on pictures submitted. At $60, it sounded reasonable. ||||This was the dump of all dumps I have stayed at in a long, long time. After a long day of travel, a nice shower would have been nice. The shower knob fell off in my hand, and there was only a trickle of water, which was scalding hot. The shower itself was mildewed and the shower doors were dirty. The toilet was nearly broken and it tipped when I sat on on it. There was an odor to the bathroom. The floor was dirty, and the in room refrigerator was not cleaned and it didn't work well. When I complained to the owner in the morning, he said I had received a "greatly discounted rate" and I would need to take up any refunds with the booking company. He said that the shower had just been fixed. NOT! ||||I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Next travel stop over, I would try a couple others in the area that looked much better.

Needed some time after I moved out of my place and so I was satisfied I pulled in here and I've been doing work From my computer and I got so comfortable I'm into my 2nd week At a fixed rate for a week it's great thank you. Nice and quiet food is right there anything you need right outside my door very relaxed
