We always stay here because the rooms and pool are so clean. I see reviews about the owner watching everything and everyone....that's fine with me. That means me and my property are being looked after. The owners are always really nice and accommodating. In fact, will be staying there next weekend!
We stay here every time we are in hot springs. It's cheap, clean, and there are no bugs. No partying the owners are amazing. You can smoke in some rooms . I absolutely love this place, and even the pool and waterfall stay clean. I will post pics next time
This is not a $500/night hotel in Paris on the Riviera. This is a little hotel in Hot Springs. It's clean and close to almost everything. I've stayed here several times and it is my go-to when I'm in town.
Nice step back in time hasn't been updated since the 60s, well kept and clean.very nice pool area.
Car broke down and was being worked on by a local shop. Job was going to take another day. Guy at the front desk was extremely rude and would not let me stay because I walked there from the mechanic. I showed him what shop my car was at and my online booking and he screamed he was calling the cops.
Honestly, I didn't know what to expect. We went to holiday in, there were no vacancies. Decided to try here, and I was pleasantly surprised. 80 something for the night, they offered smoking or non-smoking, which is a rarity these days, and it was easy to get into a room for the night. It was clean, and direct. If it had been warmer, there would have been putt putt golf and a pool but still mid-March so that was not too be expected.
Cold air, clean room plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Big clean pool. Nice working ice maker and friendly staff. Front door parking and area felt safe and very close to local attractions.
Do not stay here. The owner is very rude. He watches every move you make and asks everyone what they are doing. Controls where you park. The room was dirty. They were stingy with towels and coffee when we had six people in our room. We couldn’t wait to leave.
We had a perfect stay! Stayed here on our drive from Texas to Indiana for the holidays, and it was perfect for our needs. Room was small but cozy and clean. It was really quiet, seemed like we had the place to ourselves. Super close to the main drag
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reserve at Hot Springs. The house was absolutely stunning. If you're a fan of historical homes, do not miss out on this one! I loved the original features of the home, from the grand staircase and transom windows
Quick, easy, no traffic, 15 minute parking right by. The water is hot so be careful. Like hurts hot. Especially in the summer. We filled our jug and just let it cool. The water is flavorless, didnât have any issues with it.
OMG this was so much fun, I am glad we were able to make it in. Robots and theme are so cute and it was great fun to watch them and listen to their dialogue. Waffles on a stick are AMAZING and the ones with ice cream are AWESOME too, I loved both i
