Kings Court Motel - Motel in Loveland - 928 N Lincoln Ave, USA

For the type of Motel that it is, which is small and old with people who rent weekly and is most likely has shady people at times coming and going- it's surprisingly quieter than expectations by far with no bug issues and owners who have attended everything requested very swiftly ( bigger refrigerator, microwave replacement, daily house cleaner making rounds etc). Of the motels of this caliber in the area I'd recommend here hands down. It's also right downtown, across the street from a Safeway grocery store and a central bus line transfer station for town with easy access to everywhere in town. The rooms are bare necessity for sure he older and carpets are old and such but it's been clean and everything is working order.

Other than this place is location it's horrible it is very horrible I first was going to give this room a one star rating cuz I've been in worse but I didn't think it was that bad until I pull the sheets back and seen what I seen and it is horrible there was two beds in my room and one of the beds comforter was full of cigarette Burns the other bed looked like it was pretty okay until I pulled the sheets back in there were stains all on the fitter sheet this is not a cool place they really need to get down and do some serious upgrades or they need to have the state come in here and look at all this crazy stuff that got going on the people around here seem to be okay but I highly would not trust anybody around here

Property does not allow cats. Which is a shame. I travel all over with my cat and you cannot be on the road with a cat if it makes messes. A dog will poop everywhere and at least my cat only messes in his box......

FILTHY TOWELS ! NO WATER IN THE POOL ! TOTALLY DISHONEST ! I understand that the owner of this motel and other cheap in the area are also filthy. A NO GO FOR ME .

Had to switch rooms. No electricity in one room. No heat in other. They used plug in heaters. No phones in any room. Plus bathroom door didn't close all the way

It's not ideal for luxury but it is affordable for longer stays. There are some weird people that come in and out of this place but overall I don't have any issues with the people here. Managers are good hearted people that I believe are being too nice to most people.

This was the worst motel experience I have ever had. Cleanliness: 0. I requested a new room because of smoke but even the non smoking rooms were permeated heavily with a smoke smell, the bathroom made me queasy. When I sat on the dingy looking bed there was a 8 inch rusty wire that poked me! Just laying on top of the bed clothes. Safety: 0 the door had outdated locks and is an inside door that they are using on the outside!! The walls are thin and the windows aren’t secure. Sleep: 0 I wouldn’t have ever considered sleeping here if it wasn’t the only available place… honestly I should have just slept in my car the bed was smelly and uncomfortable 😣. And my dog who is usually super laid back was very uneasy and stayed between me and the door all night. Price: 0 this horrible room with absolutely no money put into it at all( like seriously buy some air fresheners at least) cost me $85!!!! I paid under 60 the other night at a super 8 and had an amazing experience. This place was extremely overpriced but even if it were for $20 I would not recommend staying here.

So filthy. Blood on the shower curtain, blood on the pillow and pee stains on the sheets. Absolutely repulsive care of a motel. Disgusting. The health department needs to shut them down. Go somewhere else. 🤢
