I had a great experience at King Tech. I have dropped my iPhone 5s no less than 5 times and the screen finally cracked! The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Dropped off my phone and in one hour it was ready for pick up. Not only do they repair phones but they had cases and screen protectors. So had to get me a new one. They even put them on for me... Such a sweetheart! Talk about great customer service. Super convenient location. I would definitely recommend them.

I had completely shattered my iPhone 7 camera and my phone is less than a year old. I called multiple places to see if it could be fixed and was unsuccessful in finding someone for the job. My phone provider wanted $150 for a referbushed phone and Apple wanted $319 to fix the camera. King Tech fixed my phone for a reasonable price. The staff was professional, courteous, and kind. They answered all of the question that I had and I am very satisfied. Within an hour I had my phone back and it works perfectly- definitely will be returning for all my electronic fixes!

I have sadly had to use King Tech twice because I'm a giant klutz with my phone. BUT the experience both times has been great - and I won't go anywhere else to get my screen fixed/replaced. They continue to beat their 30min-1hour quote - getting my phone done last night in a mere 20 minutes - right before close (thanks again!) Juan specifically was kind and helpful. I have used other screen repair places before and they did a TERRIBLE job. The screen started popping off and changing colors within days. I also paid double for that work. If you need a screen repair - come here!!! Well priced, fast service.

My phone screen cracked and I went in to get it fixed! The guy was really nice and helpful to any questions I had! I got my phone back super quick! My iPhone screen looks amazing! Definitely will be coming here again if I have any other repairs! Great service!

These guys are awesome. After a terribly bad experience at iLogic repairs in Rutherford, NJ i ended up coming here to fix my daughters iPhone 6. These guys were so professional and courteous that i even had them replace my screen as well. I even purchased a case for my phone as well. They also have great waiting area with a nice comfy couch and large LED TV while you wait :) They repaired both phones in 15 minutes. Thanks guys.

I came in with my iPhone6 with a shattered screen, the LCD was all messed up, and a broken home button, and as soon as I got there they helped me immediately. Employees were very friendly and professional, and they had my phone completely fixed within a half hour and at a great price. Would definitely recommend!

I dropped my LG G3 and cracked the screen and messed up the touch function as well. I thought i was doomed, until I came in contact with King Tech Repair. They were able to give me a estimate and fix my phone the same day I brought it to them. I'm thankful for the swiftness and professionalism of this establishment, and definitely have/will request their services to anyone that needs tech repairs.

I called the store at 2:30pm the gentleman that answered the phone asked me a few questions regarding the cracked screen on my IPhone. I was told he could fix the phone and return it in 30 min. I dropped the phone off and in 20 min the phone's glass was fixed and it worked perfect. Thank you for your great customer service and making this process very easy.
