Of you want excellent, hand made chicken, this is your place. The beer Mac and cheese was delicious as was the chicken and fries. Excellent owner that supports the community. Will be back

Good ambience and clean place. Fresh food served hot. Chicken and fries are crisp and tastes good. The hot sauce options are good too. Tried Nashville and Mid hot and they are both pretty hot. The chicken can be a little more tender and savory. There was only one person for taking the order, preparing, and serving. Hoped they would have a smile :)

Very clean! Very friendly customer service! Very good food! I wish they had music playing but over all the atmosphere was great!

UPDATE: July 3 a refund showed up on my card. Still no comment or contact from management other than an email with a screen shot of the refund, no apology for the bad experience, no "please try us again", nothing. I am happy they refunded my charge though. Original Review: Visited here 2 weeks ago and was sorely disappointed. The workers were slow to greet anybody and once they did, it was almost like the customer was an inconvenience. This should have been my clue and we should have left then, but we didn't. My better half ordered a sandwich and I ordered a tender dinner to dine in. We had to wipe down a table to sit at and we waited...... And waited..... And waited...... The family of 4 in front of us in line got their food, ate, and left and we waited...... I finally got up after we waited for at least half an hour and asked for a refund, that we were going to go somewhere where we could actually get something to eat. The girl working the register couldn't figure out how to do a refund and repeatedly tried calling the manager on the phone (apparently there was no manager there) before saying she couldn't give us a refund, but would have the manager call us to do so. She took down my information so he could call me. They then offered to get us some food and after about 10 more minutes, they handed us 2 boxes. The jumbo tenders were comparable in size to tenders I've had elsewhere and were definitely not jumbo nor worth the price they charge. There was little flavor and no sauce to make them taste better. I ordered Mac and cheese and got french fries, and they were cold. My better half ordered a sandwich which was supposed to have sauce on it. It didn't. It was bread and chicken. That's it. She also ordered Mac and cheese. She also got ice cold fries. The manager? He never called either. Our bill was also over $30 so I feel like we were probably also overcharged. One more thing. I was not given a receipt nor was I ever offered one. I do have the credit card charge on my statement showing I paid $34 and change.

The Chicken was made with a dry rub and so there were no dipping sauces for the unseasoned chicken fingers. So I suggest they add dipping sauces to the menu. The fries were really great. Overall, I was NOT impressed with the chicken. The service was good and the guy was friendly and helpful. The table tops are really cool. The bathrooms were really dirty, but there was only one guy working in the place so he needed some help. Unfortunately, I will not go back to eat there.

I’ve heard great things about this restaurant so being that I’m from out of town I came in to check out the food. The atmosphere is amazing very friendly staff. The food was delicious and over the top. The manager on duty Tony was very friendly and welcoming and recommend the OG that was thee most delicious sandwich I’ve had. I am definitely recommending the spots all my friends and family.

First time here. Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered chicken and waffles, and I got chickens and waffle... Two tenders and one waffle. But the food was delicious so I can't complain too much! My 2 tenders were with "midway" spiciness/seasoning, and it was so good dipped into the waffle syrup. The butter was sweet and creamy. Sweet tea is on point. Banana pudding is very well done 👍 Coworker got Mac attack and fries. He said he really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

While travelling South on 75 today, decided it was time to grab a bite to eat. Saw “King of the Coop”, after doing a “Google Search” of places to eat that were convenient. The restaurant is situated immediately off the Southbound 75 ramp if you turn Right at the bottom of the ramp, next to a Bagel place. The place is small, but nicely air-conditioned, and has nice, what I can only assume is local, artwork all throughout. The mine is straight-forward, offering a selection of Chicken Options. We had tenders, at “Medium” heat level. After seating ourselves, we waited about 10 minutes before our food was brought out to us. The tenders were NOT overly greasy, despite having been fried….because “it ain’t food, if it ain’t fried”….(according to their wall)! The tenders were served on a pice of bread to soak up excess grease and insulate them from the aluminum tray they were served on..(to keep them warmer, longer). Everything was VERY tasty, and although my personal preference is a bit more crisp to my fried chicken, I would have no hesitation returning here again. The prices are what one might expect to pay for good quality, well-prepared chicken, but if you are a KFC fan (which I am NOT)….you will probably find the price point, a bit scary. You get what you pay for. Their Mac and Cheese side was delicious and well-balanced with flavour without excess salt. The staff were very friendly, hard working and polite. Very nice people. We would return.

We had to use Cloud9 Studios last minute for our son’s birthday shoot and had a great experience. The shooting session was great - they had great props, backdrops and lighting. Jeanine, the owner, is amazing! Go ahead and book them!
