Tried King Ocean Crab for the first time and had a good experience. I came in during the afternoon and was seated and had my order quickly. The "Ocean 1" was a delicious steam bag with crab, mussels, shrimp, corn on the cob, and potatoes steamed in a bag with a buttery Cajun sauce. I also got the "Taco sushi" topped with lobster and calamari and a special sauce. The sushi was very fresh and tasty. The passion fruit tea was refreshing. Service was friendly and quick. It was worth the drive for some good seafood in a pleasant environment.
It was my first time here. I came with my brother for dinner. It was a clean restaurant, with a friendly atmosphere & service. Had the Family Seafood Platter, and it was delicious. Would definitely come back. Kinda pricey, but well worth it!
Great seafood boils! Great atmosphere friendly staff. We liked it a lot. Not as salty as some of the other seafood boil places in our area. It was delicious!
My new favorite restaurant. I’ve introduced many of my friends to this place. The crawfish boils are amazing and the sushi is delicious too. I can’t wait until they’ve got their liquor license, but it’s worth the hour drive even without drinks!

Even without serving alcohol during our visit, this place did NOT disappoint! All I wanted for my 30th birthday was crab boil and they delivered. 1 lbs snowcrab, 1 lbs shrimp, 1/2 lbs sausage with corn and potatoes plus appetizer of pickle fries > $75!! The sauce was spicy hot as ordered. When told it was my birthday, the staff played a birthday song and brought out an amazing cheesecake. I don't understand why this place was so empty or doesn't have more business - RUN to try them!!
Top notch experience! Everything we had was delicious. We started with chicken dumplings, which were some of the best I have had. The owner offered my wife and I free salads or soup, and we both chose the salads. Then, our seafood boils came. I ordered the lowcountry boil and added 3 potatoes. My wife chose the number 2. Everything was super delicious and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this spot. Nice and clean too.
Really enjoyed this and the food was great. I went based on the Google reviews of others and it was really worth it.
He got the raw oysters and a medium spicy crawfish boil, side of coleslaw, and added a hard boiled egg, and I had a mixed drink (Another Day in Paradise or something like that) and I had a mild spicy crab leg boil.
The garlic butter sauce the boils came in were SO GOOD, and everything was so reasonably priced. All of their mixed drinks were $8.00 or $9.00, and the boil prices also were really reasonable.
There was lots to choose from on the menu including a whole sushi side I didn't even get to try yet. Staff was friendly, and we were checked on by the manager (or owner?) who went around to see how everyone is doing.
Definitely recommend checking this place out, and if you are trying to decide between here and The Tangy Crab, The Ocean Crab is WAY better.
