Our waitress was sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, the seafood pasta was bland. The sauce had no flavor, much to our disappointment. My Blackbeard's Revenge drink was very good.
We came out for my husbands birthday, forgot to mention that at the restaurant. 🤦♀️ The food and overall experience was great. We got to sit on the rooftop looking towards the water, beautiful view. My husband ordered seafood pasta, he said it was flavorful and fresh. I ordered Cajun chicken wraps and fries, they were delicious. 😋 The best part of the experience was our server Lauren, she was super friendly and genuine. While everything was wonderful, we would go back again mostly for the wonderful service.
It's a favorite spot of mine. Food is really good. Service is even better. Most importantly, their price-to-portion ratio is perfect. Very reasonable prices for waterfront eating, and they don't jip you on quality & quantity.
These are the makings for sustained success.
Oh, lastly, they constantly have live music. They're tough to beat yall. Go check em out 😎
I was in town fishing the BigRock and some of our team were looking for a late night hangout to let off some steam. King Mackerels was the perfect spot, a lot of the other boat crews showed up and it turned into a great time! The bartenders are top notch and even the bouncers and DJs are very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a fun spot to have some drinks after hours, this is THE place!!
I would make the hour drive for the fried pimento cheese balls everyday if I could!!!! They are to DIE FOR!! On top of that they’ve got an AMAZING staff & it’s a really cool place all around!!
