This is the place to go for Mercedes maintenance and repair. Highly recommended and very reasonable. Meng and his team are always polite and customer service is five star.

Excellent service! Very friendly staff. They fixed what I needed and also told me one issue was covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty. They went above and beyond and printed out that documentation so I could take my vehicle to the dealership and have that issue fixed for free. Highly recommend!

I took my granddaughters '09 Mini Cooper to Kinetech for repairs. I explained to them that I was worried that the repairs were going to cost more than the car was worth. They checked the car and that indeed was the case. I appreciate Kinetechs honesty and not replacing part after part but never really "fixing " all the real issues. They were very kind and professional.

It is very hard to brag about a mechanic shop, unless your vehicle has had the pleasure of resting up at Kinetech Motor Werkes :) I cannot say enough about the team over there and led by Meng ! I have taken my BMW 550i twice there and I cannot ever see it going anywhere else. The attention to detail the crew puts in makes me feel safer whenever I am back on these crazy roads and being a father of almost 2 now, that feeling of knowing your vehicle has been thoroughly inspected , is priceless . Fantastic experience, I had taken my car to a different shop to have routine maintenance done. They apparently did not do things correctly and my check engine light was activated. I took my Audi to Kinetech and they not only located and repaired the issue, they completed the work quickly and most important, honestly. I will be bringing my car to them moving forward. -Jonathan
