Excellent customer service first time coming tried the ball tip sandwich it was delicious I have been enjoying kinder bbq sauce for years always wanted to visit this location definitely will return to enjoy other items

Walked in 30min before closing. Waited by the register for 10min before anyone acknowledged me. Ordered the Ball Tip sandwich but they were out. Ordered the BBQ beef sandwich to go. Got back on the road, opened my sandwich, took a couple of bites and there were a bunch of burnt meat pieces, I couldn't eat the sandwich. Had to throw most of it away, waste of money. Will never go there again. I live 45 away or else I would have gone back

BF's eyes are bigger than his stomach. Went back for the ball tip and rib eye, fries AND onion rings!! So much food. Wish they had a 1/2 and 1/2 for fries and onion rings. ******************************* Had the ball tip sandwich with everything and it was absolutely divine. I was worried it would be drenched in bbq sauce but it wasnt, as a matter of fact I added more. Had it with a side on onion rings, would definitely have it again. BF had the burger. He was going to originally have the rib eye sandwich but they were grilling the burgers and the smell got the best of him. Much regret, did not love. The bread got real soggy real quick and fell apart, and the patty was way too thick. He ended up eating half of my ball tip sammie. Would definitely come back again for the ball tip alone, but would like to try their rib eye and bbq beef sammies.

So I'm just gonna go ahead and say it. You cannot mix "White Queso Cheese" potato chip dip with over cooked macaroni noodles and call it Mac & Cheese. It actually tasted illegal. Never have I EVER tasted something as awful as that. Throw the entire recipe in a furnace ASAP!!!!

Food is the good part. It's why I still come here and the meat , service here is bad some of the women here seem like they give out free food to there men. had one bad experience here . Feels like people here aren't worried about the service I rather drive somewhere else for better services . Employees here look unprofessional puting pizza in places where meat supposed to be no one is ever smileing here .

The sandwiches are always good, whenever I order ahead it is always ready upon arriving to pick it up. Sometimes there is a young lady that answers the phone that seems a bit rude and in a hurry for you to say the order which I don’t appreciate but other than that all the guys that take the order are super nice and polite! The sweet potato fries are bomb! especially with the dressing they give with them!

Thank you Mike for the great service. We truly appreciate it. We ate so fast that I forgot to take a picture of the protein bowls we ordered. The pictures I did get are of the tequila lime fries and BBQ beef sandwich (with no onions).

This is truly unfortunate! I really like Kinders usually, except for the Fairfield location. First of all in all other locals the statement after taken your order is, “let me get my hands washed and I’ll put your order together!” Not here!!! Second on this my last time going here, I ordered over the phone and asked for a 1/2 inch cut T-Bone steak with prime rib rub, cooked well. I was in shock when they said $42.76 for my steak but ok things have gone up. Notice in the picture the steak is 1 1/2 inches and medium well, barely, with all of the fat still on. Granted there should be a little fat so you get great caramelization but an inch wide all the way around????? No thanks. The price is an issue because the steak isn’t cooked to my request and because it’s improperly served. Poor management in this location and it’s too bad, cause there isn’t a lot of great food options around.
