The Kimpton Hotel Monaco provided the best experience my husband and I have ever had at a hotel. We booked a block of rooms for our wedding and all of the rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. My husband and I arrived on our wedding day and the concierge gave us a free upgrade to a suite and allowed us early check in! The service truly went above and beyond. The bed was extremely comfortable and the all of the fixtures in the room worked perfectly. And the bathroom! What a dream. Some of our guests even went to the rooftop bar at the end of the night and had a great time. We definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Old City!

We went to a concert at Lincoln Financial and stayed here and totally loved it! The lobby is nice and quiet, a great spot to get work done before checking in to your room. Free wine happy hour every night and free coffee every morning too! It's a gorgeous spot and our room was very nice. Staff was incredibly accommodating. Checkout is 12pm - it was great to have more time than usual to get out the next morning. Plus, it's dog friendly! We loved saying hi to all the dogs. Cannot recommend enough!

Wow!! What a fabulous experience from the time we booked to picking up our vehicle with the valet. We stayed in a suite - easily the nicest room we have ever stayed in & perfect for our baby, so we could have a separate room to relax in after she went to sleep. Our suite overlooked Signer’s Garden and the hotel is right across the street from the Liberty Bell - perfect location for sightseeing as well as walking to restaurants. The Red Owl Tavern (within the hotel) was very good & great service - went there for breakfast! Special shoutout to Ryan, very helpful when we arrived! Overall fantastic experience, exactly what we needed after dropping our oldest daughter off at college - we wanted to stay the rest of the week, but had to start making our way home.

Sheina greeted us with kindness and provided a very welcoming early arrival. She was very helpful and friendly and checked on us later in our stay. The wine hour was a nice surprise and, while the bikes were not available, this was also a nice amenity. The hotel is very eclectic and comfortable with an amazing bathtub big enough for 2. We also loved the location. This was our first visit to a Kimpton hotel, but it will not be our last. Thank you.

The rooms and the entire theme of the hotel is unique and quirky. We both enjoyed it very much. The location is second to none. Across the street from the Liberty Bell and numerous other venues. Getting to the hotel from the metro is easy and taking the bus to other parts of the city is also very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to focus on historical sites.

I absolutely loved everyone I came in contact with from beginning to end. They were extremely friendly and hopefully. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was comfy. Wonderful atmosphere! Thanks for bearing with my dog babies! They enjoyed there stay.

Staff is terrific! Great restaurant! Great fitness center! Complementary wine daily at 5-6pm, coffee and tea in mornings. Every room is a little different. We had a great view of Independence Hall and Liberty Bell. Great location in the middle of the historic area.

I was so excited to stay at this place and the excitement ended fast!! I booked this and paid for my stay several months in advance and upon check-in was told they gave my room away! We had to be inconvenienced with 1 bed and a very, very, very hard roller bed! They did upgrade our room (thanks for that), but we really needed that 2nd bed. |Another thing I noticed was the lack of customer service and rudeness from the staff. Everyone seemed to hate their job, not many happy people are employed here!!! ||I expected a lot more and was so underwhelmed with the stay! The facility itself is nice, I just hoped for a better experience. The location is great and within walking distance to several tourist spots!!! Do better next time and get your staff trained and happier!
