Great location, beautiful, trendy hotel. The rooms are big with very nice decor. There’s a lot of action in the lobby, there’s a great bar scene, the restaurant has a delicious breakfast and every morning there’s a coffee bar offering complimentary coffee and tea. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The best part is you walk out of the hotel and everything is within walking distance. And it’s a pet friendly property, so seeing all the cute dogs every day was an extra perk!

Literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The hospitality from the front desk, to house keeping was just amazing. You can tell staff that just go with the flow from staff that genuinely care and love what they do, and this was evident. The rooms were spotless and views were to die. It was even my best friend’s birthday and they made it extra special by adding a personal card and chocolate! Thank you Joseph for checking in on us several times throughout our stay! We appreciated that!

This hotel stay really reminded us what the fancy hotel experience should feel like. The robes and towels were so soft, our room had a beautiful view, the restaurant, bar, front desk, and valet staff (s/o to Fin!) were all beyond incredible.

We really loved this hotel. The service was very good as they quickly responded to all requests made via text. Everyone had a great attitude despite having to work over the holidays. Our room was very comfortable and quiet even though we were only on the third floor. We didn’t bring our dog but were amazed at how many dogs there were and all were welcomed with open arms. I had never stayed at an Indigo before and will now definitely return!

WONDERFUL! beautiful suite. So worth it. City view (room 707). Suite had a gorgeous living room and hall to the bedroom so they were well separated; bathroom was amazing and had local bath products (c&c) that were divine. It was our anniversary and they gifted us a split of Prosecco, popcorn, and a lovely chocolate in the shape of the hotel. We asked for a coffee maker and they delivered a keurig promptly. Service was impeccable. Everyone there was friendly and responded promptly. I can’t say enough about the suite. I could live there. Sheets were soft. Pillows were perfect. Lights had dimmers. Stay here!

Nice rooms, restaurant, bar, and exercise room. Excellent service! Friendly staff. The outdoor area is very classy, especially at night with the "fire pits." Great location. Valet parking was convenient and easy. Overall, this place is awesome!

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. Olivia, Nicole and Joseph specifically- thank you so much for being so accommodating and taking the time to make our stay so special! The hotel itself is gorgeous- hotel bar and restaurant have a great vibe with nice fire pits outdoors to enjoy their daily complimentary happy hour. Everything at the hotel was very clean- you can tell the staff pays attention to detail. The front desk and valet all were attentive and gave great recommendations. Cannot recommend Kimpton Hotel Arras enough- can't wait to visit again!

The front desk workers at this hotel are incredibly nice. They were so kind to me checking in and checking out. I had the best time chatting with them. They gave great recommendations. The valet service was also prompt and friendly too.
