The hotel experience was extraordinary. Leah and the whole staff did an amazing job taking care of me. The room was clean and had a lot of thought in every square inch. The whole facility was fresh and opening. I would recommend this hotel. They truly focus on customer service and hospitality, they exceed in both areas!!

My husband and I spent Monday - Thursday at The Cottonwood. Our room was very spacious and nice and quiet during our entire stay. The only downside for us was our shower's water pressure. Also, our valet, CJ, was always friendly, courteous and helpful! One of the best experiences for us was eating dinner at the restaurant "The Committee," in the hotel! The food was so delicious and elegantly prepared. Our server, Peter, was attentive and very welcoming. We intend to return!

Best and favorite hotel I’ve EVER stayed in! It’s SO pretty and clean. The staff is super nice. There’s a huge and amazing pool with an outdoor bar and hot tub just outside and a very big workout room. It even has a part with movable pool chairs that are half underwater, great for parents looking after their kids or for people not wanting to get all the way wet. Our room is super clean and very nice, ours has a balcony. The beds are very comfortable, and it has valet parking. Lots of places are accessible by walking for about 5-10 minutes, which is also nice! There’s room delivery for every meal if you don’t want to leave or don’t want to be social, and the hotel in general is phenomenal. We stayed in the second black and white building overlooking the pool. P.S. I don’t think I emphasized enough how fun the pool is. There wasn’t much people swimming.

We hosted a 50-person meeting at the Cottonwood in Winter 2024 and the meeting space, accommodations, location, on-site food, and customer service were outstanding. The meeting space was well-lit and clean, and staff were professional. All for a great price too! We were able to manage our own IT for the small meeting, and it ran smoothly. Event staff were available to answer any questions and responded quickly which made my job as meeting host so much easier. Thank you Cottonwood!

Absolutely love going to this hotel. It is a destination. The staff is always so friendly. I feel like a vip every time I am there. They always make me feel like I am the only guest they’re working with. They respond quickly and always try to fulfill any request. The pool is amazing! The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. All of that considered the staff still makes the experience.

I came to the Cottonwood for brunch for the first time. I have a disability and need to use a rollator, and going to new places is often stressful from a mobility standpoint because I never know what to expect. The Cottonwood was incredibly accommodating and accessible. My friend made a reservation for us online, and there was a question about accessibility. She was able to note my mobility issues and request a booth if possible. This was a green flag for me. When I arrived, I saw that the parking lot was valet only, and the only other option was street parking. I drove up to the valet and a young man came over. I asked if they had disabled parking, and he said I could park in the valet lot no charge. He walked over to the lot with me and made sure the small parking spot would work for me. I don’t need a van accessible spot, so it worked great, but I feel confident that he would have made sure I could access a larger space if I needed. The walk to the front door was short with a ramp on the lot side, the same young man opened the door for me, and it was easy to find the restaurant. They had table with half a booth ready for us, and I got to sit down quickly. Overall, I felt very cared for by the staff, and really appreciate the hotel’s attention to accessibility.

The beds were really comfortable and everything was great. Beautiful, clean hotel! |CJ in valet was very nice and helpful! We previously stayed at The Magnolia hotel which was absolutely disgusting. For the same price this was 100x nicer!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Cottonwood in Blackstone. We unfortunately lost power in our home during the recent wind storm and wanted to stay local so we booked for 2 nights. Our room was cozy, had a desk to work at, the whole place is pet friendly so we were even able to bring our dog and practice using the elevator with him. Teri our bartender was lovely and was able to get our to go dinner order in quickly. Food was fantastic, ambiance was lovely, and everyone at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
