The room was small, the light fixture in the bathroom didn't work so I had to use a lamp, and I've been trying to get my deposit back but the property manager has been avoiding my calls for over a week. I might have to get a lawyer at this point
These are efficiency apartments, and for me, it was exactly what I needed.
This is the hidden gem in the area ... clean friendly and more bang for your buck than most places I stay in hotels regularly across the country and I travel 3 weeks out of every month. The rates are unbelievable... don't waste your hard - earned money any place else if you'll be staying in the Battle Creek area!
My stay at Kimball Pines Motel was very comfortable with great rates. The room had wifi, tv, kitchenette and easy in and out. The people at Kimball Pines took great care of me. They actually spoke English with no weird accent!
Worst place I have ever stayed very racist people they told me and my coworkers that they don't let no black people stay at thier motel we caught them going threw our luggage in our room the wifi wouldn't work I was also told that I wasn't allowed to leave my room past 10 pm the 2 old men there are all in everyone's business I don't recommend staying here unless you plan on being recorded in the shower tbh we think the room was bugged because everytime we would talk about a subject in the room when we seen the owners they would bring that subject up to us it was pretty creepy
