Kiki's Chicken and Waffles - Chicken restaurant in Columbia - 7001 Parklane Rd, USA

Highly recommend! Ask for Jasmine, she’s incredibly kind and attentive. The food was flavorful, fresh, and hot. My fiancé and I dined in passing through Columbia on our road trip and got the smothered chicken and chicken and french toast. Loved the art, everyone was very friendly. Only point down on atmosphere for the age of building and tables showing but easily overlooked. Will be coming back next chance we get!

Enjoyed meeting my family on Sunday afternoon. Service was ok, food was good. I always enjoy the red velvet waffle and wings. The waffle is moist not overbearing with flavor doesn’t even need syrup unless that’s your preference. Will definitely go again.

I can not believe the waitress seated us at a table that should have been out of order!! This is a restaurant and cleanliness should be top of priority list!! Look underneath the table. A bunch of tissue or napkins. It's wasn't just the fact that it was there but when I made the situation known to the waitress she tells me she aware of it and the tissue is there to keep the table sturdy!!! Excuse me? This table should not even be in use if it needs nasty, dirty tissue to hold it up. I will NEVER return to this establishment again!! I heard stories about this place but I never experienced it for myself. If they letting tissue hold up a table just imagine what's going on in the kitchen. Beware!! I support black owned businesses but not this foolishness. 🤦🏿‍♀️🙄

If you really enjoy breakfast food this isn’t the place. The waffles here are basic at best, portion size to price ratio is also terrible, so many walked right past me before finally taking my order. I ordered chicken m w/ French toast it was extra for the chicken breast and the added scrambled eggs, paid about 25 dollars. It took so long for my food to come out, my order wasn’t that big nor were there a lot of people dining in. The part I was most disappointed about was the scrambled eggs on the side. Eggs were skimpy and the presentation could’ve been much better. If you’re gonna serve skimpy eggs just take it off the menu and be a brunch chicken waffles and French toast spot. 25bucks for food should’ve got me more and I wasn’t asking for much to begin with. I support black so I hope improvements are made.

Our Rho Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., 104th Founder’s Day Celebration at Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles Restaurant was awesome. From the time we arrived until the time we left your entire staff were pleasant and very accommodating! The service was excellent. We had a large group but they were patient and the food was delicious! Thanks again to your staff for excellent service. I’m including a few pictures we took from last night.

Took my family here for the 1st time coming from Charleston SC. We enjoyed the food, service & experience so much. We came back the next day 😀! Had the extreme pleasure of being waited on by 2 Jasmine's they were both amazing. Referring everyone I know to dine at Kiki's & enjoy. 😋😋😋

The Chicken and waffles were really good (highly recommend ordering). I just don’t like big chicken but it was very flavorful . I was disappointed when they brought out plastic champagne glasses for my mimosa. My sister ordered baked chicken with rice and gravy and potato salad. The potato salad tasted store bought (it wasn’t homemade ) and the rice and gravy was cold. The Mac and cheese I don’t recommend ordering it was dry as if it had been sitting all day. The Salt and pepper shaker on the table looked really nasty as if someone had dropped it in their food and it dried up (it was rust). Overall a good vibe, great mimosas and the music were great RnB hits.

Amazing customer service. Nothing special about the food. My friend had the collard greens and chicken & it was bland. I had the Belgian Waffle Combo and it was okay. The All Star at Waffle House is better honestly. The esthetics weren’t really there either. Wouldn’t return but I’m glad I had the experience.
