When I went to Coachella I couldn’t take any flattering photos because I was overweight. With my wedding and burning man coming up in the late summer, I decided to get back on track and take control of my body again. I joined KickHouse because not only do they have a great 6 week weight loss program but because they also have a flexible class schedule, payment schedule and motivated coaches. Not only was I able to lose the weight but gained my confidence back which made me happier. I wore the same rave outfit at burning man and it fit a lot better. I was able to ride my bike against the harsh dust storms with no problem (thanks to those kicks). This place has help me start caring about my weekly routine of staying active physically. After taking their weight loss challenge (that I, by the way, succeeded in, not without self doubts), I have continuously sought after making sure that I am exercising regularly, and simply developing the mental habit of starting my week doing a class. I was able to do the weight loss challenge with the help of a community that encourages you, monitors you, challenges you, but at the same time, not making you feel guilty, if you do falter. I think that’s my favorite part about Kick House. Most of the time it is a self battle to get up get out of the door get in your car and go to class. Then when you’re in class you’re dying and asking yourself, why did I go to class? Everything hurts. Everything is hard. I’m sure the instructors see my facial expressions but they still keep teaching and patiently showing us how to do everything. When class is over I always feel 100% better. There is never any regret.

I have officially started my weight loss journey. I love the motivation, positivity, and energy KickHouse Fountain Valley brings. Can’t wait to see what my results will be in 6 weeks and then in one year! 💪

Awesome coaches and awesome classmates! I love how they all motivated me and pushed me to my core! I definitely feel a lot stronger than before plus the diet and exercises really helped in reaching my goal! Thank you to the coaches for making the environment safe and fun and thank you for being patient with the beginners. Also I love the music - fun, upbeat, motivating, and it wakes me up lol! Lastly, thank you for jumping in to help when needed. You all really know how to make the class a welcoming and energetic environment with no judgement! Thank you!!!!! I highly recommend!

Great experience! It was my first time in class and the instructor made me feel right at home. The exercise was difficult but you are able to push yourself at your own pace. I still left drenched.

I love KickHouse. Ever since I joined in June, I haven't missed a class and I'm always motivated each time I go. I'm definitely hooked and a lot of it has to do with the coaches, they're great. The workout is fun and I always feel good!

This is a great place to workout! All coaches challenge you. It's always a different class, so you don't get bored and complacent. I'm athletic but hated going to the gym and since I've found kickhouse I'm consistently working out 3-5 time a week
