This was my first trip back in a while. My bartender Sam was a delight. She could teach a course on customer service! The spinach dip was great, the chips were hot and fresh. Fried wings were good. We had a great time and look forward to returning soon.
The food was good, but it took us over an hour to get it. Service was horrible. My son (12) ordered a kid's meal because he wasn't hungry. Instead of telling him he couldn't order off the kid menu, she took the order but brought him a regular burger and charged regular price. We paid with cash, and we didn't even get the correct change back. Instead of waiting another 20 minutes to get her attention, we just decided to leave and not go back!!

Took quite a while to get a burger fries. Our waitress did her best. I guess. She greeted us and same person brought the check, otherwise never saw or helped. No customer service, very random. Did bring an appetizer rather quickly. Food lol.
First off, I really miss Tripp's, however Kickback Jacks has a good selection of items to pick from. Typical American chain type food with reasonable choice of apps and sides. There is a sports bar here with lots of monitors showing games so it can be very noisy. May not be a good place for a quiet dinner. Overall, I do recommend this place. Come early for an early dine menu option.
Fun place, quick service, flavorful food!
Clean and welcoming, big open space. The folks in our party who got cocktails felt that it was a very short pour, the food was slapped on a plate and edible, no attempts at making it look nice or well plated. Service was just not on point, we had to ask repeatedly for water for our entire party and for flatware. Two us sat with food for more than 10+ minutes with no beverage or flatware to eat it with. Drinks and food all came out randomly for each person at our table even though we all ordered together. After 5 trips to the table bring single items the server finally realized there were five waters needed. The number of tables our server had was way beyond her skill set and patience level. The restaurant really shouldn’t seat more than can be waited on during lunch. Management please help and get these poor servers a tray, nothing about our meal should have been complicated.
Kaleah W is a nasty nasty waitress. Had the balls to ask the manager if she could charge his gratuity because she messed up on her job and wasn't going to get a tip. She knows it's party of eight + we had a party of six. The manager even said yes. Trash company avoid if you can. They need to fire her. She works better at McDonald's probably hopefully. Probably not but she ain't no good waitress
