Ordered take out. Specifically ordered two chicken breasts. Got one wing and something that wasn't what I would say is a breast. At least not a wing. Staff seems incompetent which unfortunately seems to be the standard these days. Sub par.
Besides being served completely cold chicken, my famous bowl was nothing more than gravy and cheese! What you see in the picture is exactly how it was when I opened the lid.
So disappointed! Two days ago I ordered at Moon KFC drive thru 3 piece chicken tenders. They were no where near the taste and quality of what i remember! (This is the first time in a year i have had KFC) The tenders look & tasted like pressed chicken, simular to cheap chicken nuggets. KFC, i think my money will be spent elsewhere.
Order origal recipe got all extra crispy!!!! Not what I ordered not whated !! To add insult to injury the extra crispy was burnt chicken with all shriveled up and dried out !!!!! Any mother and father with kids know when they get home with KFC the kids want to eat it!!!! My time I called KFC my kids knew leete all ready eating it and complaining about how bad it was!!!!! I we're not recommend going to this KFC in Moon township to anybody!!! I know restaurants have their bad days new employees but this is the third time it is not worth spending $30 on a meal you cannot eat????

Clean, good service, somewhat slow. Booth seating is messed up, spacing between table and seatback is way too small.
They got my ordered wrong in the drive-thru. I should have checked before I drove off. Got home, noticed the issue, tried to call....no answer. They didn't even give me a receipt so I have no recourse.
Sept 2023 update: I got a larger order with extra sides but they shoved everything into a small box. They then did not fill the side all the way up so that it would fit in the smaller box. So I paid for more, but got less technically.
July 2019 update: Accidentally showed up at closing. Entire staff was professional and food was still good.
Prior review: Always has good food. Last time I was there they billed me for a large side of mac and cheese but failed to put it in order. I called and they offered to make it right. But I didn't feel right going back, I didn't take my receipt when I paid.
