Keystone Pizza - Featured Reviews (1120)
Came in for the first time to get some food before looking at the Christmas lights at Indian creek. The service was quick and friendly. The food reminded me a lot of Idaho pizza but less acidic, I honestly preferred it over Idaho pizza. The cheesy bread stick were great! We also ordered a combo pizza and a pepperoni pizza and both were good. My niece won a stuffed animal from the claw machine and loved the experience.
We really appreciate the excellent service and patience of the staff at Keystone. We have made it a tradition to eat here when we go to see the lights every winter, but apparently everyone else in treasure valley has the same tradition. For several weeks in December you won't be able to find a seat without a 30-60 minute wait, and then you will have to wait another hour for the pizza. But the food is really good and very reasonably priced. The marinara sauce is the best I've had in Idaho, the crust is a little on the thin side, but overall an excellent pizza. I am always impressed with how patiently and efficiently the employees deal with the ridiculous crowd of hungry people. Obviously the food is worth the wait because we keep going back! My only complaint would be that the building is pretty run-down and shabby. A new bathroom and dining area would make this my favorite pizza joint.
It’s a classic pizza place, with decent pizza and reasonably fast service. Unfortunately most (all but one) of the video games are broken. The are still on, and take money, but they don’t play. There aren’t any signs, so you just kind of have to hope or give up. All the claw machines you never win were working just fine, just not the games. This makes it a bit rough when you go with kids and the wait time on the board says 30
Minutes.
This place is the absolute worst pizza place in Caldwell 🤢 The service is terrible. They don't care one bit about their customers 😞 I GOT MY TRUCK BOOTED IN THEIR PARKING LOT. TRIED TO GO IN TO BUY SOME PIZZA AND GET IT OFF. THATS WHEN I HERE THE LADIES WORKING THERE "IS HE GOOD LOOKING..." I GUESS I WASNT GOOD LOOKING ENOUGH!!! GOT THE COPS CALLED ON ME, HAD TO PAY $$$$, AND NEVER GOT MY PIZZA. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE BURNT TO THE GROUND. They hire some guys to gard the parking lot for 0$ unless they boot your vehicle. NO WARNING AT ALL!!!
The highlight is their pizza... which is great cuz it's a pizza place... limited straight to the point with the menu with standard pizza, wings and typical sides... Quality was above average, service was fantastic and price was about right for what we ordered...
The food was delicious, though the service wasn’t great. Keystone, maybe instead of allowing adults to curse out and belittle children especially in front of customers…. Train them better in whatever it is they’re not doing to your standards. Faith, do better.
We have been there twice a half an hour before they close and got our pizza to go. We love the pizza it's nice and crispy with a great taste. Also ordered the breadsticks and they were delicious. Time before we ordered the wings and never kind of soggy when order them again.
Will definitely come back.
If you want frozen pizza, and wings, this is the place. No joke, the dough they use is a frozen dough, and the wings were super watery. Place is run down and dirty. You’d think the place is closed. I swear the positive reviews have to be friends of the owners or something because there isn’t any way someone thinks this is the best Pizza in Idaho.
Fantastic pizza. The service is alright and the atmosphere is okay at this location. Feels a little dated. But a local staple and the pizza keeps us coming back.
This place has the best food. It is packed full of flavor and it won't disappoint. There are a TON of vegan options as well. The soups are all homemade. I had a delicious salad with an apple butter vinaigrette.
