Both kids and adults can enjoy the wooden playscape. The beach is nice but the water is brackish and has some vegetation.
We had a lot of eyes watching us. The park is way better than the parks on our side of town, (Jacksonville) and I live in a decent neighborhood. Plenty of benches and outlets, clean, multiple grills, open space at the playground, and natural water source to play in. Lil Beach area was roped off. I saw kids and dogs playing in it. Very nice park and even got a lock gate with a code. The restroom was filty and smelly, so take bleach and airfreshner.
It has the most amazing jungle set. More lake a castle. If I lived in the area I would have my grandkids there everyday.
It was a nice lake. Not a beach. Lovely playground. Well kept area. Ample parking. It was a very nice time and location, but not a beach.
