Terrific service!!! My new puppy got a hold of my iPhone and the screen would no longer work and the phone was dead. I bought a new phone from Best Buy online and even apple support couldn’t help me get connected with the 2 factor identification. Keys Technology was able to just pull the SIM card out and put into the new phone and now I up and running!!! Thanks so much!

The screen on my phone broke yesterday and I had all of my photos on it (of course not backed up to iCloud or anything). I brought my broken phone and my new phone to them and they were able to retrieve everything off my old phone and put it on my new phone in less than 24 hours!!! I can not thank them enough! They are incredible!!!

Agnes was OUTSTANDING ‼️ I needed a replacement screen protector for Apple 14Pro. Agnes took off the old one and put the new one on my phone. Quick & precise… if I put it on, it would have been crooked & have air bubbles. She did GREAT‼️ I will be back - oh and it was way less expensive as the 3 previous ones I have purchased elsewhere!! We ran a ground with our boat, caught in a low tide and my husband ended up pushing us out…come to find out later that he had jumped in with his iPhone in his back pocket. The wet phone would come on, but would not charge. He read repair reviews and chose Keys Technology. They diagnosed and cleaned it…got it working again; 2 day turnaround and very reasonably priced. Revived the phone and my husband is now one very happy camper! Great service, good location and available parking…would highly recommend!
