The best fishery fishery in the State of New Jersey. They've been around forever. All their fish is made to order in fresh daily. If you're in the area, you must stop in will not be Disappointed
This place keeps it simple, fried fish only and CASH only. We've been coming for years, even if it's busy they have an efficient system to get people served. My only reason for taking off one star is every now and then we get fish that is not the freshest. It's rare but has happened on more than one occasion. Otherwise it'd be 5 ouf of 5 stars.
Shrimp and oysters was delicious taste like they always but there was something wrong with the fish I asked for haddock which is usually a big chunky juicy piece of fish which I got some flat pieces of fish that were cut in squares seemed like it was previously frozen it was very dry the coating was very plain not the same as the shrimp and like just a plain corn meal
The food here is so so good!!!!! The fish literally taste like they just took it out the ocean and made it. No fishy smell. Also, beautiful and peaceful view.
I live in USA 4 years almost and always was wondering about this place. Finally i did get there :) I took Louisiana crab 🦀 soup and lobster sandwich 🥪 well I really liked soup but lobster sandwich was not what I expected. Fried lobster and rounded burger bread, so no more this sandwich for me. I thought it would be much as in Maine :) well next time I will try to buy fresh fish 🐠 there and continue with soups.
Seafood was fresh. Service was fast. Taking to go and sitting by the water is great. Didn’t realize platters were fried.
You won't find better, fresher, tastier fish anywhere. $10 bucks for a fish sandwich, fries and slaw is a great deal. Sit by the bay and savor your meal. Can't beat it.
Take out only. But worth the wait. Cash only. They have ATM inside in case you need it. Line is long so if your in a hurry, may want to call your order in. I have never had anything bad here. Give it a try you won't be sorry
I visit distilleries in the tri-state area very often. This is definitely one of my favorites! Rob, one of the owners greeted us and walked us through our tastings. His knowledge and love of what he does was immediately evident. The history behind t
Do yourself a favor and stop here when youâre hungry because the subs are huge! The rolls are fresh and so are all the toppings, plus they take their time assembling them so theyâre not all messy. I got a half and it was way bigger than I thought
After years of coming here and enjoying their delicious food, today, summer came early in spring, catching them off guard. The food took over an hour to arrive, but not once did they show signs of being overwhelmed or negative. They always maintained
I loved the food! I ordered a burrito, and they gave me so much food for a cheap price. The waitress was so nice and even made jokes. I will definitely come again!
Had been to Burlews last week with my girl gang. We all jibed along the vibrant environment set up by the bar tenders and their waitresses. All the dishes that we ordered were delicious. Our bar tender was quite funny and sarcastic. Enjoyed ordering
